I sat in my office chair twirling around. Whatever that was going on between Cheyenne and Brooklyn, has been on my mind since I left the hospital. I can't believe that Brooklyn is a lesbian or something like that. It seemed that she really loved Justin, but I guess you can't judge a book by it's cover. Zac is on his way to bring me some lunch and I've been debating on whether or not I'm going to tell him. He's friends with Justin and I don't want to ruin a happy home so if I do tell Zac, he has to promise me not to say anything.

Knock. Knock. Knock. Knock.

"Come in." I said looking up from my laptop.

The door opened and zac was waking in with two things of takeout. A smell of orange chicken made me smile as I stood up to greet him with a kiss.

"Hey baby." I said softly. I pecked his lips. "How  is your day going?" I ask.

"It's going." Zac said kissing me multiple times. "You look good." He said.

I smiled softly, "Thank you and thanks for the lunch." I said as we sat down.

"How was the meeting?" He asked.

"The meeting? Oh the meeting, it was, it was a meeting." I said tucking a piece of hair behind my ear. "It was a good meeting." I said before clearing my throat.

Zac looked around and sat up in his seemed. He started catching onto my nervous energy. Why am I so anxious about something that has nothing to do with me?

"Fatima you okay?" Zac asked me. "You high?" He asked whispering.

I shake my head, "No. I'm not high." I told him. "Unfortunately." I mumbled.

"Well what's going on?" Zac asked.

I shake my head, "It's nothing Zac. I promise you." I tell him.

Zac sighed as he opened my food for me.

"You know we don't keep secrets right?" Zac asked. "If there's something you need to tell me you can say." He said.

I started feeling guilty for the piece of information I was sitting on. Zac is right, we don't keep secrets. We never have and we won't start now. Especially because Zac is so open that it would be a slap the face for me to lie about it.

"Well there is something I need to tell you." I said quietly. "It's about Brooklyn." I cleared my throat.

"What about her?" Zac asked.

"After the meeting I was walking to my car, I realized I left my notebook and so I went back. When I got back to the meeting room, Brooklyn was doing some stuff with Cheyenne-"

"Who is Cheyenne?" Zac asked me.

"Oh she's one of the nurses at Brooklyn's hospital."

"A girl?" Zac asked sound shocked. "What type of shit...?" He murmured on in confusion.
