I grabbed my phone air pods and a book and when downstairs. Everyone was awake and doing their own thing. I went to the backyard and sat at our table in the back and started reading.
"Meadow ?" I heard dad say I tapped on the table so he knew where I was "hey sweetie so Sam colby Corey and I are gonna go film at the suicide bridge tonight. Since you can't be on your feet for too long Aaron will be home so will devyn and I believe kat might come over. So if you need anything to ask them because my service isn't the best there" "alrighty dad. Hey do you think you can take me to a hair salon so they can wash my hair" I asked
"Yes but you need to stop talking" "dad I'm fine. I can't spend this entire time typing or writing" "I get that but you're making your voice worse" "whatever just go do whatever you need I'll ask devyn to take me"
He sighed and went back in the house. I then see Sam and Corey dragging colby out on a pool floaty. I forgot it was the prank war. Corey turned the camera off really quick and came over to me "hey can you film for us so I can help Sam" he whispered I put my book down and started recording.
Sam went over to the hot tub and grab some of the balls and we were throwing them at him. I hit his head on accident and Corey started laughing colby woke up and rolled into the pool "oh my god what the fuck" colby said "welcome to the mega prank war" Sam and Corey said.
"Were you in on this" he asked me I shook my head "no she was reading we asked her to film for us" Sam said colby got out of the pool "why were you on the couch" Sam asked "I wasn't feeling good so I took a bunch of night quill and I guess I passed out on the couch" we all laughed at him and they ended the video
I went back to the table and continued to read. About 30 ish minutes later colby came outside. "That's one way to wake up" he said chuckling. He sat down across from me. "Did Elton tell you what we were doing tonight" I nodded my head still reading. I held up my finger go finish my page and put my book down.
"If you need me or anything I'll try my best to answer" "i should be okay dad said Aaron would be home and so would devyn and possibly kat" I typed. He nodded his head "what were you gonna do today" he asked "well I wanted dad to take me to a hair salon so they could wash my hair for me but we got into an argument about me talking so I told him devyn could take me later" I typed
"I agree with him but i know typing and writing isn't what you want right now. But hey if you wanna go now I'm not busy I can take you" "where's devyn" "she's doing some makeup videos emails and stuff" he said "but you don't feel good and I don't want you leaving if you're not feeling good"
"Oh I'll be okay I feel a bit better now" "you sure" he nodded his head. He got up and grabbed my book for me I followed him inside. I looked at some salons around the area and checked to see if any of them had openings. I found one, colby and I went to his car slowly.
