Meadows POV: How could he say that. I thought we had something. He made it seem like we were more than just friends. "Meadow it's Kat and Devyn" I let them in and locked the door behind them.
I broke down as soon as they came in. They came over and hugged me. "How could he" I cried. "I'm sure it was in the heat of the moment" Kat said "yeah I'm sure it was" Devyn agreeing with her. "It didn't sound like it"
I pulled away and sat against my door. "How could I have been so dumb. I shouldn't have gotten attached to what I thought we had. He was being too nice to me. Why am I so stupid" I said hitting my head against the door.
"Hey hey don't say that" dev said. "It's true I'm stupid" "you are not. Come on let's all get some sleep" kat said as they got me up off the floor. I went to my window nook "come on babe" kat said. "You guys take the bed I wanna sleep here" they nodded and we fell asleep
~next day~
I had woken up and saw that kat and devyn had left. I checked if my door was locked and it was. I got ready for the day

I brushed my teeth and put my hair up in a ponytail. *knock knock* "meadow it's dad can I come in" "no I wanna be alone dad" "meadow come on I'm sorry I got mad. I'm just looking out for you" "dad I'm 19 I'm an adult I don't need you to baby me. If I need the assistance I'd ask for it" I said opening the door
"Where are you going" he asked me confused. "I don't know. I just don't want to be home right now" I said grabbing my bag phone ear buds skate board and house key. "Can I take you to where you wanna go" I shook my head. "It's a nice day I'm probably just gonna skate board around"
I said walking past him. "Where's your boot ? What happens if you get hurt you still have your cast on" "dad its better now. I got an email from my doctor she said I can take the boot off. I have my check up on my arm tomorrow. Don't wait up" I said walking out the door. I bumped into someone "sor- oh" I saw it was colby I put my ear buds in.
"Wait meadow can I talk to you" I shook my head and blasted my music. He stopped me from leaving. "Colby I have nothing to say to you can you move" he shook his head at me
I pushed past him and started skating away from the house. I went around the block for a bit and got to some train tracks. I stood against the wall
