part eighteen: exploring

the next day

corbin's POV:
that bitch i loved her, he has her under something now she doesn't remember how much she actually loved me. i will get her back i know i will they'll see

sam's POV:
last night was a mess, i feel so bad for her, i'm glad we all came here together. elton colby and i are on our way back to the room with food and coffee. hopefully she's still sleeping. "guys be quiet she's sleeping" i said while opening the door to see her sitting on the floor "meadow!" "hey hey yo i'm okay i just wanted to be on the floor i'm live say hi everyone" she said smiling and we all waved at her and her livestream. colby came in after me and said hi too.

"alright guys get excited for the upcoming videos i can't exactly say where we are because dads right there. but i'll see you guys later" she said while waving bye.  we all said bye to her livestream and elton helped her up on the bed. "i could've done that myself got on the floor myself" "yeah but you're injured and shouldn't be moving a lot" he said sternly she rolled her eyes and laid down next to colby

meadow's POV:
dads so annoying. something changed after they read that note last night. i'm not a baby. "here meadow eat" dad said "i'm not hungry ill take the coffee though" i said reaching for it "nope food or no coffee" the room fell silent

i rolled my eyes and sat on the bed and went back to drawing. "i will eat when i'm hungry, i don't feel comfortable with you forcing me to eat"  i felt their eye on me as they ate and enjoyed their coffee. i scoffed and put my ear buds in and grabbed my crutches to go to the bathroom. i felt dad get up help me. "dad let go i can do it myself i'm already using the crutches" he reluctantly let go.

~couple minutes later~
i got out of the bathroom and sat in between sam and colby and grabbed my food. i held it up to dad "happy grumpy pants" i said while taking a bite. i finished my food and coffee and watched as the guys were playing games. dad on the bed getting cameras and lights ready for later.

~an hour later~

as the guys were getting ready i was sat on the bed. "bug why aren't you getting ready" dad said "i figured since you think i'm badly hurt i wouldn't be able to go. something is up with you guys ever since you all heard what i wrote. seems like sam is the only one being nice to me. colby has been ignoring me since i ate and dad you've been treating me like a baby since last night" they all went quiet on me.

"you guys go to the forest i'll be here" "what?!" colby said "you heard me. go without me" they all collectively said no. i slowly got up and got dressed and ignored them with my earbuds in, i grabbed a light jacket and my phone and a few extra lights without them noticing. (quick side note, i'm not gonna make this chapter exactly like the video but it'll be similar to it)

last thing i grabbed was my small backpack with a bunch of portable chargers and extra protein bars and water and put my extra lights in there. and grabbed my crutches after putting my shoes on and stood by the door and took a few pictures for instagram and posted them. my phone started buzzing with a bunch of likes and nice comments but soon they turned into mean comments. i sighed and put my phone back in my pocket. "you okay" colby mouthed since i had both headphones in. i nodded my head.

i got dressed fast and left the room with my ear buds still in, we got to the car and colby got in the back seat with me. he had sat next to me for some parts of the car ride and i ended up falling asleep on the way to the forest. i woke up with my head on colby, "oh sorry" "no it's okay i moved you" i smiled a bit and moved to sit up straight. as we turn in i go to grab my stuff and noticed i wasnt wearing my own hoodie and looked over at colby. he just smiled and got out of the car.

i zipped up the hoodie and got out of the car, "alrighty before we start filming does anyone need to run across the street to use the bathroom" i nodded my head and sam did too so we walked together. "hey i noticed things have cleared up a bit with colby and you" "kinda. i dont know, there's still tension and i know its because of corbin, i hate to say it but it stays between us, i still kinda love corbin.. but not enough to want to be with him. and i know dad has something set with colby so he hasn't made any moves. but he's also just being nice after you guys read that note" "we aren't just being nice just because we just heard that note, we love you and care for you. now the thing about corbin i get where you're coming from its just apart of moving on. now with your dad and colby i don't know anything about that, just know we all love you and care for you."
