Mike tried his hardest not to scream, all he wanted was to kill time. The footsteps were drawing closer, he could hear it, he could feel it.
Sitting there, still rooted, Mike closed his eyes. Hands were gripping the chair, legs were going numb, all focus was lost, all Mike wanted was to hear the-
*Ding! Ding! Ding!* The bell rang, telling Mike it was six o'clock.
Mike opened his eyes, the footsteps were fading distantly in the hallway. Mike sighed happily, still gripping the chair. He peered down at his watch, 6am. He laughed a hollow laugh and smiled a terrible grin, like P.G's. P.G?
The lights turned back on. Mike lifted his head to see P.G standing right in the doorway. "God, don't you have better things to do then seek up on people?" Mike stared at him. P.G smiled his terrible grin.
"You made it to night four, congratulations. Most do not last this long-"
"Yeah, I know. Most do not last this long because they quit, not die, quit. I wish I did a couple of days ago..." Mike crossed his arms.
"Well then, why didn't you?"
"Well, I can't explain why or how I am still here, I just am. Out of spite, or maybe just my curiosity, I am still here. There is so many questions and hidden secrets that I'm dying to solve. I know for one, that you know was happened at the Bite of 87', because the animatronics were broken, you had to repair them after. P.G, I just want to ask you about-"
"You can't.."
"What?"
"You can't.." P.G's grin grew wider.
"You're crazy, P.G" Mike stared at him. P.G's smile grew smaller now, he looked a little fused.
"As you know it's 6am, the pizzeria is about to open. Go home, Mr. Schmidt, you are tired." P.G turned on his heel and faced the hallway.
"No, No! I'm not leaving till I get an answer from you!" Mike walked into the hallway, P.G wasn't there. He continued walking down the hallway.
All of the animatronics were back in their places, Foxy in his 'out-of-order' cove and the crew on stage. They still looked, moveable. Mike shivered.
He checked the storage room, P.G wasn't there. Not in pirate's cove, not in the east or west hallway, not the kitchen, P.G was no where to be found. Mike walked continuously around the pizzeria at least twice, the only room P.G could be in was the boarded-up room.
'How could he get in there?' Mike looked through one of the cracks of the boards. It was dark, completely dark in that room.
Yet far away, somewhere deep in the room, was a light glow of gold, a light show of yellow.
"-he's keeps questioning me, over and over. Keeps asking me the secrets of the pizzeria. Such a fool. But soon enough you'll be complete, complete enough to wipe out anyone who comes across in our way..." P.G's voice was heard deep in the room.
"Yes..yes indeed. Soon enough, you'll be complete, WE'LL be complete. Only a few more.."
Mike was looking and hearing through the cracks with all his might. P.G's purple coat was now shown deep in the room, in front of whatever was yellow. He was, talking to it.
"87', the very year of that very month of that very day of that very party when everything could have been done smoothly. Oh, I remember well enough of 87'. Hmm, every single time there was another guard they always asked me questions. All of them, curious, curious like fussing little children." P.G gave a groan of disgust.
"Those guards certainly didn't know what they were getting into when they signed up." P.G gave a short, empty laugh.
"Mike is exactly as curious as Jeremy. All of them, the same."
"Jeremy?" Mike whispered.
"Guards, they all annoy me. Well, after we are complete with you, there will be no more security guards..and with luck, no more children." P.G cackled under his breath.
Mike stood back from the boards, scared and shocked. He knew something was up with P.G, but not like this. Mike went back to the office.
Now after hearing what P.G said to whoever or whatever he was talking to, Mike was curious to find out who this 'Jeremy' was.
Mike opened the door to the storage room, grabbing the box under the letter 'J'. It did not have that many files, but most of it was concentrated on bills and receipts, not on the name 'Jeremy'. Mike didn't know where else to go to. He stared at the boxes, "What is his last name?"
"Whose last name?" Mike jumped around to see P.G, staring right at him.
"I-I well," Mike stuttered.
"I also asked you to leave. If you want to find, whoever's last name, then come back tonight. Now, please Mr. Schmidt, go home. We don't need you here for the day shift." P.G stood back as Mike walked right by him to the front doors. P.G gave Mike a tingle of fear as he left.
Mike was no more than happy to leave the pizzeria, but also terrified for the last night. The animatronics become more active in the week, Phone guy said.
Tonight, the last night, might no longer be a simple little game of 'Hide and Seek' but a night of 'Survive or Die'.
