Mike's heart was still racing, his eyes were focused on the location where the shadow was.

"What the..fuck? That's...that's not possible, that can't be real. But-but that shadow of that bear, his eyes looked...familiar."

Mike laid his head down in his hands, tears were starting up, he shook his head.

"It's just my imagination, just wishful thinking I guess, that shadow can't be my father's soul..."

Mike stayed a while at the attraction, he was waiting for Phone Dude, questions needed answering. Mike's just as curious and eager as his...Mike wiped away his falling tears.

Over an hour had past, no one came. (That's weird, how can there be an attraction if no one works? Or even comes for that matter?)

He gave up, he walked down the narrow hallways, opening and locking the front doors, and drove away.

The first night, it was..well, Mike didn't really have a word for it. All he could think of was, interesting. It wasn't scary, yet it wasn't normal.

Mike took his mind off how the night went, he grew very tired and grouchy. 'I bet my father was like this as well,' Mike thought. He replayed this thought again in his mind.

"Maybe this was what my father had experienced in his old job at the pizzeria. Maybe the purple guy didn't kill him, maybe that bear really was the soul of my father, my father's dying, trapped soul.."

Mike stood his head, that was really impossible. Yet at the same time, it made quite some sense.

He laid flat on his bed, half asleep and half awake. Mike didn't want to fall asleep, his head was buzzing with questions and thoughts. Yet he felt so tired, his eyes were drooping.

His IPhone whistled.

He raised his phone in front of him. His best friend texted him again.

"Hey! How'd your interview go? I expect you went to an interview yesterday?"

"Hey dude, no interview yesterday. I just called and got signed up, just like that."

"Whoa, really? Well, I'm glad you have a job now. Where are you working at?"

"Uh, The Freddy Fazbear Attraction."

"Cool."

Mike could see that Daniel took his time to reconsider what he just said.

"Wait, wait a minute. Isn't that the place where your father use to work at?"

"Uh, it's based off the old pizzeria my father used to work at. I'm working the nightshift, 12-6am for like $100 or so, pretty cheap. There are, however, a lot of things that happened that I need to tell you."

"Like?"

"Don't call me crazy or anything. I saw a shadow."

"😐, uh dude, everyone sees shadows."

"No, Daniel, this is different. It was a shadow, a phantom of a little boy. I saw him staring at my camera, through my tablet, and as soon as I placed the tablet down, he was in front of me. He jumped at me, screeching a very disturbing screech. He looked real, he just looked like a shadow, except ripped and torn, scars and scratches on his face. It was real."

Daniel didn't text back for a while.

"Dude, it's probably your imagination or just a ghost of a kid."

"Ghost? No, it couldn't be a ghost. It was a shadow, it was a phantom."

"Well, I don't know what to say. All I can say is that I think you're imagining things."
