'It's me...It's me...It's him...Mike...'

"Ugh," I groaned as I placed my hand to my sore head. I found myself lying on the floor, what the hell was that?

"Jeremy? Hello? Mr. Fitzgerald, are you here?" Oh god, P.G. I stood up from behind the desk.

"Mr. Fitzgerald, what are you doing on the floor?" P.G asked.

I was still numb and sore from last night, but my head felt like the worse. "I dunno, you tell me. One thing I must say is that why can't we throw away that box with that stupid puppet? Or even break him for one? Heck, why can't we break all of the animatronics!? I could have died when I fell unconscious! But I..." I stopped.

I really could have died. The animatronics could have killed me there, right when I fell unconscious, but why not?

"You met the puppet. Hmm, interesting one, I always hated him. He always thinks, unlike the other animatronics. Mr. Fitzgerald, I really suggest using all of your skill and thought for these last few nights. You'll pass them, I'm sure you will! I know you will..." P.G gave me his wide, toothy grin.

"Yeah, well, can I not? I think I had enough from these last nights I had. I quit," I walked by P.G without looking at him, I really was fumed.

"Wait! You can't..."

I turned around. "What?"

"You can't...they can't...no one can..." P.G chuckled a hallow laugh under his breath.

"What the hell is wrong with you?" I asked.

"Well, one thing I can say is you do not realize the importance of your job. You are not only watching the cameras, taking care of the animatronics, you are also distracting them..."

I stood there, suddenly curious. "Distracting? I am only a security guard! How is my job important?"

All P.G gave back in return was a 'tsk' and a shaking head. "Come back for your nightshift tomorrow Mr. Fitzgerald, you are no longer needed here." P.G walked back down the hallway.

I stood there, rooted on the spot. What was that about? I was extremely confused and was at the same time, tired. I walked through the pizzeria, leaving through the front doors, starting my car and leaving behind the pizzeria.

It seemed my parents were prepared when I came home. They locked up my bedroom and demanded that I, at least, eat. I noticed that I haven't ate in nearly three days, I was hungry but I was more than tired.

Sitting down at the table, my mother gave me scrambled eggs, bacon, toast and orange juice. All I did was stare at it, my eyes were drooping.

"You are not going to rest until you eat!" My mother scolded at me. I took the fork and started to eat away. My mind started to stir as I ate.

Strange thing was, when I fell unconscious, I wasn't fully unconscious. One thing I fully remembered was somewhat of a sentence, more of just a repeated word, 'It's me...it's me...it's me..' Shaking my head, I had no idea what that meant.

'It's who?' My eyes really were hanging, I couldn't keep them open. Funny enough, when I fell asleep, my head landed in my food. I lost all thought, my mind was just blank...

"My god, Jeremy, finally!" My mother shook me awake. My eyes opened up to see scattered yellow eggs beside me.

"I..fell asleep in my food?"

"Jeremy, before you go, at least finish your food. You haven't ate in nearly three days!"

I wasn't hungry, which was strange considering I haven't ate for three days. I also didn't have time, it was already 11:40. I ran upstairs to change into my uniform, grabbed my flashlight and ran to my car.
