The moment Krystal spoke his Neo's name, Stan saw from the screen the he lost his magnetic grip onto the ship and is flying off. Stan instantly felt emotions filling his mind: Anger, fear, and desperation. But why was he felling this he thought. Why him?

In the past, Stan did have several friends. But they left due to life hitting them or that he did something regrettable that causes them to leave. He hated himself since then. As a result, he vowed never to establish friendship to other strangers again out of fear of a Maniac episode. Krystal and his family, even Supreme Chancellor Erica, are all an exception.

But now Neo, the stranger he just met, lost grip and is most likely dead. That's when Stan's mind and heart jolted.

"NO!" Stan screamed.

He tried to turn the ship around to help see if he can save him if he is not dead yet. But as luck would have it, the ship was stuck.

Stan furiously tried to force the Freedom into overdrive. But try as he might, the ship is stuck. Then, it started to move upward. He and Krystal looked up to see what was happening: A Star Destroyer hovering above them by a few miles, puling them in with some sort of empowered tractor beam.

"Dammit! Come on, come on!" Stan shouted as he tried to break free.

Then, all of a sudden, their screen was now static. Stan looked at it and can tell the Empire has hacked into their communication and a channel was being forces open. The screen then changed into Swift, who was looking at them as he he was there in person.

"Greetings Mercenaries. Sorry to drop in, but you know. Orders are orders." He spoke with a grin.

"Arnold Swift." Krystal hissed with venom in her voice. "Why am I not surprised?"

"I apologize if I didn't make you jump. But sadly, I don't care." Swift shook his head after he finished his sentence.

Stan then looked at the man. He had heard tales of this ruthless General and his questionable alliance with the Sith Empire. He wasn't on the top hated list in his mind as he knew someone long ago that took his parents away. But Swift was still hated. In fact, because of him, so many people from different planets and different species were subjugated into immoral slavery to the empire just like the time the Galactic Empire was in power before its downfall. Just seeing Swift made Stan's anger intensifying to no end.

"You monster. When I meet you, I'll make you sorry." Stan threaten him in the same, if not, harsher hint of poison than Krystal.

"Say what you want about me, but my path is clear. Now, prepare to be boarded into my personal ship. And try not to do anything, if you want to live and tell about." Swift stated as the screen went to static again and then back to normal.

Stan and Krystal looked at each other. They were at a loss for words. They knew that the Stormtroopers working for the new Sith Empire have better accuracy than their inadequate Galactic Empire counterparts. And the fact that they outnumbered them greatly just caused their morals to deplete. But this wasn't gonna end.

In truth, Krystal had a plan before all of this happened. While they were trying to escape while Neo did repairs, she contacted an old friend from a distance for help. Thanks to her life of adventure and wild action, she was prepared for anything. Problem was that help will not arrive for a good while. So for now, they needed to buy time.

Krystal looked at Rody and BB-8. She kneeled down to their level and spoke to them. "Listen. When we get boarded, I need you two to hide and see if you can deactivate the tractor beam. And try not to get caught. Use the vents if you have to. Do you understand?"
