Krystal was surrounded by metal, light, and the cold air filled by the very Sith Lord right in front of her. Not only that, but she was strapped onto an interrogation chamber chair. That's where they were; the interrogation chamber inside the Star Destroyer. Her hands and legs were strapped tightly so that she would not attempt to escape.
A while ago, she tried to fight back using her wits and telepathy. But it was an error in her judgment as she should've know how dangerous and powerful these Force wielders are. Darth Agon was a powerful one. A Sith who uses the Force against her will and carried her to the room and strapped her in. She tried to break free. But only her breathing was allowed. Everything else was frozen. Or in Stasis. Either way, she tried to held on to as much hope as she can. She needed more time. SO until then, she would have to play along.
"Comfortable?" The Agon asked.
"Not even in the slightest." Krystal replied with venom in her tone.
"Come now. Surely you don't think I'm the bad guy here. Wasn't the old Republic, before and after the Clone Wars, just as bad as the fools who were following orders from the politics? Do you think they give a damn about the lives of those they persecuted for doing one simple mistake? I'm one of those. Or at least I use to be." Agon explained as he walked around Krystal.
Krystal knew his game. While he was talking, she was able to read some portions of his mind. As she was trying to get more, she was stopped. There was force field in her path. She tried to push and push, but to no avail. Agon stared at her.
"I must admit: Your telepathy is truly remarkable. I can see why they believe you are a Jedi. But you should know that even your power has a limit. As for me?" He then came close the grabbed both arms of the chair and close to Krystal. "I am above your limit."
"And it's a darn shame. You wasted it for dictatorship."
"Call it what you like. It's hardly any different compare to those greedy and corrupted monsters that serves the Republic. I'm just choosing the side that actually does something."
Krystal kept a stern look on her face. Determined not to show any weakness towards her menace. She tried again to read his mind. That did little to nothing.
"As I said before, you have limits." Agon then let go of the arms while still looking at her. "Now. Tell me what you know."
"About what?" Krystal asked in a manner to fool him.
"About your mission. And about your friend on Ahch-To."
"Friend?"
"The one on the Island. The one who helped repaired your ship. The one blasted off. I believe he was the one your husband found."
"And what of it? He's gone."
"And Stanton Keene wanted to kill me. His mind was in a very fragile state. Then again, I'm not surprised. How can one with Bipolar control his or her own emotions and not hurt anyone?"
Krystal was left speechless. How did he know this? No one has told him about Stan's condition, how his PTSD and Bipolar was causing so much negative impact on his life, or what he was feeling. This didn't make sense to Krystal...until she widened her eyes.
"You...read my mind?" She asked.
Agon smirked under his mask. "Did you really think you are the only one who can read minds? Sith and Dark Side users can probe the minds of their victims to read and see them. I got the information about your husband, just like I'm about to get more out of you."
Krystal was in shock. He had read her mind without her knowing. How powerful was the Sith? But before she could think any further, she concentrated real hard and shielded her mind shut to keep him out. It worked, but for how long?
