chapter 28- matching

it feels like my alarm is going off the second i shut my eyes to go to sleep. i groan as i weakly raise my arm to hit the snooze button. it's way too early to be up.

the alarm goes off again nine minutes later when the snooze runs out, and i groan a second time as i turn off the alarm and drag myself out of bed. the time on my phone says 4:39.

this is torture.

i rifle through my closet to find something suitable to wear. i want to wear something comfortable, considering i'm gonna be out in this outfit all day. something cute, because i'm going to be on camera all day. and something flexible, since i'm gonna have to be hiding and i don't want my clothes to constrict my movement.

after a couple of minutes of matching clothing items together and rating their comfort level, i come up with this:

while i'm doing my hair and putting on makeup, i get a text from karl.

(A/N before you read these. i'm aware that in each of the pics they are wearing different clothes and are in different backgrounds. but just pretend they're not. for my sanity. thank you ily enjoy the rest of the chapter :D)
