Jen POV

Schools out for the day and I'm walking home. I feel like the days are getting longer and everything is getting harder. I walk in the door, "Jen, honey, is that you?" "Yea it's me mom." "Come here really quick!" She says, did I do something? If I did I don't know what it was. I walk into the kitchen "yea mom?" "Remember how our family would always go to Myrtle Beach, South Carolina for a week during summer break and let you bring a friend?" She asks, "Yea, what about it?" "Well your dad and I decided to let you bring all your friends this year! Tell them not to worry we will pay." "Wait what? You're joking!" "Not in the slightest." "O-ok! Thanks mom!" "Your welcome sweetie!" My mom says as I run upstairs to ask my friends if they are able to come with us.

I get off my phone and tell my mom who's coming and all, "I forgot to tell you that your cousin Martha is coming this year!" "Oh yay!" Martha is like my best friend but in the family. Everyone says we look like twins we can see it though. We are the same age, look almost the exact same, and a lot. I gotta tell me friends about her.

So the summer break thing happens every year and my whole family goes. Not just Mom, Dad, Mary, and me but like my WHOLE family likes aunts, uncles, cousins, etc, and we rent a house to fit the family for one week. It's usually really fun like we'll spend the whole day at the beach and come up at night. I'm excited for this year.
