Alex POV

I walk into Washington's classroom and sit in front of his desk next to Terra. Washington sits down at his desk. "Jefferson Hamilton, what happened?" he asks with anger very visible in his voice. Terra opens her mouth to respond, but I beat her to it. "All I said was 'You're so very welcome, Jefferson' and she punched me." I say telling what actually happened. "Is this true Ms. Jefferson?" Washington asks "It all is, except for the fact the she was the one to punch first!" she says in distress. "Is this true Ms. Hamilton?" he asks "No! Not in the slightest!" I say "I was going to drop the entire thing and go to my locker!" I say while panicking, he can't believe her. "I guess I'll have to look at the cameras. We'll pick this up Monday, but for now, your detentions still stand." Terra's face drops very quickly. "Yes sir." I say getting up and out to get to my locker. I would usually wait for Jen here, but I'm not in the mood to be lectured right now. "Ms. Hamilton, nice of you to show up." Jen says while I walk out of the school, past my friends. "Alexandra! Do ignore her!" Laf yells after me. "Im not in the mood for your guy's crap, so just leave me alone and let me live in peace." I yell back at them while walking home.

I'm laying on my bed playing the song 'I love you so' by the Walters. There is a knock at my door. "Come in." I say looking up to see Jen. "You here to lecture me?" I ask laying back down. "No," she says while closing the door "I'm here to make sure you're ok." she lays down next to me on my bed and looks at me "Are you ok?" I look at her "Physically or mentally?" I ask "Both I guess." she says "Well, mentally I'm never ok. Physically, I could be better." I say looking at her. "Did you one, clean your face so you don't get infected? And two eat something?" she asks me. I swear if she wasn't here, I would be dead at this point. "One, no. Two, also no." I respond looking at her. "Get up and go into the bathroom, I'm helping you cleanup your face." she says while pulling me off my bed. We walk into the bathroom and I look at my face. I look like h3ll. Jen notices me staring at myself "You look like h3ll." she says with a smile "I just got back." I says quoting Heathers. "Enough jokes, sit down. I'm getting bandaids and everything else." she says while walking out of the room to the closet. I wonder when Laf and everyone else will be here- I forgot to pick up pip. "D@mn!t! I forgot to get Phillipa!" Jen walks back in with the stuff, "It's ok. Laf and everyone said they would pick up Mary and Pips." she says while putting everything down in between us. "Thank God in heaven." I say. What would I do without them.
