Alex POV

The freaking choir form is posted! I just got the email that it's gonna be at school. I'm obviously not gonna get in. "ALEXANDRA!" Yells Laf next to me. We're walking to school today because Washington said we were "taking too long" but whatever. "Yeah?" "You were doing that thing where you zone out and think about stuff." She says "Oh- yea I was. Thanks" I say "Your welcome. Anyways, did Jen ask you to homecoming?" She asks "I don't know, did you ask Harley to homecoming yet?" I ask her "No, but still tell me!" She says done with me already, "No, I'll only tell if you ask Harley." I say, smiling. Laf gets mad and runs in front of me so she can get to school first and ask Jen. I pull out my phone and dial a number, "Hey Jennie, yea if Laf asks DON'T tell her you asked me or that I said yes. Cause she hasn't asked Harley yet and I know Harley hasn't asked her yet. 'Kay thanks. Cya." Thank God she's on bored.

Elijah Schuyler POV

Of course Percy and Angelo had to leave before me. I don't even know how to get to school, I just follow them! I look down at my phone, 8:00, just great. I'm probably gonna be late. I run into someone and they fell over, "Oh my God, I'm so so so sorry. That's my fault, I wasn't looking where I was going." I say while helping him up. He is a little taller than me and has hair that reminds me of Jen's but cut like one of those guys everyone likes and waves instead of curls, skin and eyes like Percy's, and is wearing a red sweatshirt with black jeans and black boots like Alex's. "Hey it's ok." crap his voice is actually kind of hot "I'm Marcus Lewis" he says holding his hand out for me to shake, "I'm Elijah Schuyler." I say shaking his hand, "Do you, by chance, know where Washington Heights High School is?" He asks, "Yea, it's- wait Washington Heights High?" I ask "Yea" he says "Bro, I go there!" I say getting excited, "Oh, nice!" He says "We should pull up directions, because I'm currently lost because my brothers left before me and I usually just follow them to school, I should have done that before." I say, "That makes sense but, if you did, we wouldn't have met." He says smiling at me. Help please
