With a faint smile, I looked out to to the sea, just as the wind began to blow and I felt it through my hair.

And then I felt his hand run through them instead. I turn to him and he smiles, finally getting my attention.

"I don't think so. If we hadn't met before all this... I don't think I would love you like how much I love you now."

His hand touches my cheek, and I smile as I lean towards it.

"Hmm... I guess you have a point."

His smile turns bright, just like how it always did before, and as it did, he approaches, soon getting close enough to touch my forehead with his. "You think so?"

I look up at him, chuckling as I nod. "Yes."

He chuckles, too. His eyes shining like the sunset, and his smile pure like the innocence we once had as we made that promise on this seaside five years ago. "Since you agree I have a point, should I be getting a reward for that?"

"Oh? And what would that be?" I ask him, playful and yet knowing what he means.

He chuckles again, before he speaks softly. "... This."
