Draco's POV:

It was almost two hours since Harry and Archer left. Merlin, this was boring without Harry here. I remembered last year's Yule and blushed. Lilith had made us kiss. Gods, we were only twelve. . . Why is this so complicated?! "You good over there, Dray?" Lilith asked, looking at me. Her eyes were unnerving. . . She had told me once that she was Albino, but her eyes just make her appearance look like she's a Fae. . .

Golden eyes, Draco. They symbolize strength, but also deception. If you ever meet someone with golden eyes, be cautious. And try to stay on their good side, or you could end up dead.

My father's voice rang out in my head. "Dray!" I got brought back into Reality, and Lilith's face was super close to mine. I lean away, but end up falling of the desk I was sitting on. I stand up and brush myself off, and shake my head. "I'm going to my bed." I say, then walk up to our small, shared dorm. I sit on my bed, and take out the journal that my father gave me. I look at it closer, and noticed the small details of the leather, the cracks and lines, and the golden corners were cold to the touch, and smelled of spray paint.
I flip the book over and look at the bottom. T. M. R. was written there in golden letters. I open the book and flip through the blank pages. 'Why are they empty. . . ?' I think. I grab my quill and let a drop of ink fall onto the first page, then watched with astonishment as the ink vanishes.

I shake my head and start writing.

Hello. The ink vanishes.

Hello.

My eyes grow wide. The journal just wrote back to me.

What's your name?

Uh. . . It's Dragon. I write in response.

Interesting. I'll take note of that. And then the book closed on its own.

I just sit there, looking at the book. I finally put the book back in my nightstand and set my quill down. I cast a quick Tempus charm and notice that dinner was going to start soon. I walk out of the bedroom and down to the classroom, that's when I see that Harry and Archer are back. "You okay, Dragon? Lilith said that you were acting weird." Harry asked, walking over to me. Merlin, he was adorable! "Yeah, I'm fine! I was just thinking." I say, smiling. "About?" Harry asks, his oddly red eyes looking into my pale, icy ones.

"Oh, you know, this and that. School, studying, my mother and father." I say. I hate lying, but how was I supossed to say; 'Oh, I don't know, I was thinking about you, and the night that Lilith made us kiss, but in all Reality, I acually liked it.' Yeah right. "Oh, okay!" Harry said, the hopped away. He was so cute when he did that. "So," I say, adressing Archer. "Where is this Basilisk?" I ask. "Second floor girls' loo. You need a Parclemouth to be able to open the entance, though." She said, standing up.
"Okay." I say, sitting down on a desk. "Where are you going?" Lilith asked Archer, who was walking up the stair to the room. "Going to go shower. I need to get the feeling of ghost off of me." She said, then disappeared into the small bathroom that we have. "Ghost? What?" I say, confused.

"Oh, yeah, there was a ghost in that bathroom. She got mad when we asked why she was crying, and then flew right through Archer. That grossed her out." Harry said, giggling. I laughed slightly, while Lilith just laughed her arse off.

Archer's POV:

I walked into the bathroom and look into the mirror. I looked at my eyes, and frowned. One was an icy-blue, the other was its normal red, but with a slit, like I was angry; I wasn't. I shook my head and showered, then walked to the bedroom. As I was getting dressed in my leggings and oversized hoodie—I begged mum to let me buy it—I heard the Basilisk again. "Kill. Kill. Kill!" I shook my head, but then I saw something glowing in Draco's nighstand drawer. I walk over and see a black diary in it. I pick it up and open it up.

Your magic is very strong.

I drop the book and back away. I watch as the ink that appeared faded away. Then, and only then, did I pick the book back up.

Please refrain from dropping my diary again.

I narrow my eyes and grab a quill to write back.

Who is this?

Read the back of the book. My name is there.

I flip the book over. T. M. R. I narrow my eyes again. I've seen that signature before. . . 'Dad. . .' My eyes go wide.

You're Tom Riddle.

Yes. And you are? I know for a fact that you aren't Dragon.

Dragon? I think for a moment, then remember that Harry calls Draco 'Dragon'.

You know Dragon?

Yes. Now, please answer my question.

I'm. . . Ruby. My name is Ruby.

Tom took a while to respond. I started getting nervous that he would know that Ruby wasn't my name. When he did respond, it was only one word. . .

Lies.

I close the book and stick it under my pillow. If this diary belonged to dad, Draco shouldn't be messing with it. I walk back into the classroom and see that Lilith was arguing with Draco, again. "What are you guys arguing about this time?" I say, leaning on the banaster. Harry sighed and walked over to me. "They're fighting over last year's Yule. I casually brought it up, and Dragon turned red, and then they started fighting." He said, shaking his head. "Oi!" I yell, getting the two's attention. "Let's go to dinner, I'm starving." I say, then walk out of the classroom, Harry following me.
