Chapter 15

Chapter 15. So close too far

I woke up in a hospital bed. I had wires and blood around me. I saw Rachel dead asleep holding my hand sitting in a chair next to me.

"Rachel." I shook her to wake her up.

She slowly opened her eyes and smiled.

"You're okay," she smiled so much.

"Yeah I'm alive." I couldn't believe it. "What all happened?"

"Well I was at the party at the fighting ring place and it was me, my friends and Chris," she explained.

"But not Luke Huh?" I asked already knowing the answer.

"Yeah, and I got a call from Lilly that you were getting hurt." She held my hand kissing my lips.

Lilly, way to go.

"Lilly called you?" I asked.

"Yeah, why did you ask about Luke?" She asked.

"Because....hes the one who shot me."

"What! He did!" She freaked out.

"Yes that fucking traitor!" I got said with a pissed tone.

Rachel looked at me and kissed me. I smiled and held her hand.

After a few hours the doctors were able to fix my leg the bullet was out and the tissue in my leg was fixed I didn't need a cast or anything just a wrap around my leg. I was very lucky.

Rachel paid for it because I had no money. We drove back to her house. She's got her license at the age of 15. I don't know how she got so good so fast. But she did.

Her parents weren't home so we watched tv in her room. She looked at me.

"You're so cute," she smiled and kissed my cheek.

"Oh please, you're cute." I smiled.

She grabbed my head and stared to kiss me. The kiss got more and more intense. It turned into a make out session and we got really into it. I didn't want this to get too far. She put her hands up my shirt. Too far.

I was too startled and pulled away.

"What's wrong baby?" She asked.

I sighed and said, "I didn't know you wanted to go that far."

Rachel sat in my lap and played with my hair. "We only have to do this if you want.." She bit her lip and tugged on my hair. She leaned close to me and whispered in my ear, "I want to."

And those were the last words I heard before she started making out with me, hard. Her hands slowly went up my shirt again, and she ran her fingers over my abs a few times.

I felt hot, she was making my heart pound. Breaking away from the kiss I took a quick sigh and took my shirt off.

She smirked and pushed me down. She kissed me and then started going down my body with kisses until she reached my pants and stopped.

She sat back up and started taking off her tank top, not that I was complaining. I felt my face getting hot when all she had on was a black lacey bra.

Then she started to undo my belt and I helped her as I tugged off my ripped jeans and threw them on the ground along with all our other clothes.

I reached for the back of her bra and undid it. After it fell I said, "Damn, you're gorgeous." She smiled.

Her beautiful long fingers played with my mind as they explored. I was getting so excited I quickly pushed her down. I pulled down her shorts and took her underwear with it, leaving her fully naked.

I hesitated after that, knowing what would come next. "You ready?" I asked. She bit her lip and nodded. "Yeah I'm ready. I trust you Logan."

It was the next day. I decided today was going to be the last day I do school ever. I suck at it and my grades are pretty much all flunks.

I woke up naked next to Rachel. I can't believe we went this far. Why did I agree to this? Hopefully nothing major happened and I can live on with her in my life. I kissed her cheek because she was still asleep. She started to stir and I got my clothes back on. She said good morning to me to put hers back on.

We heard foot steps and she rushed me into her closet. Her dad walked in her room.

"Rachel...hi," he greeted her sounding with disgust in his mouth.

"Hi dad, do you need anything?" She asked.

"I was just seeing if my drill was in here because I lost it," he looked over at her bed. "Woah Rachel, you slept crazy last night huh."

"Yeah I was really tired and really enjoying my sleep." I could tell she was so scared under her breath.

"Okay well your mother and I are downstairs making food, be down in ten minutes...or starve I don't care," he left her and shut the door.

I waited till I heard foot steps downstairs and then I got out of the closet.

"Came out of the closet Huh?" She laughed.

"Shut up...after what we just did I don't think you could say that." I laughed back.

She rushed me out of her window and told me to jump. I thought she was crazy but there was a big patch of hay and grass below. I jumped the window and safely made it out.

"I love you!" I yelled.

"You're too sweet....I love you too!" She yelled back making a heart with her hands.

I rode back to my complex on the bus. As I got back Lilly was playing with toys in the main room. My mom was sitting in the kitchen and Derek was gone.

"Logan." she whispered.

"Yeah mom?" I asked.

"We can't live here no more," she cried.

"Woah why? What did you do? You realize this is our only place left." I freaked out.

"Yes I know! We're getting kicked out because I haven't been paying rent, the cops are suspecting that we have a meth lab in our bedrooms, and that we abuse you and Lilly." she flat off told me crying.

"Mom you know what's funny about that?" I asked.

"What?" She sighed holding her hands together.

"That all of that is true."
