I stayed at home while my friends went to go see a firework show, when I got a notification from my phone that was alerting me of an Ultra Beast presence, I grabbed my bag and rushed to the Pokémon School to enter the hideout and as I checked to see where the Ultra Beast was. When I pinpointed where it was, I rushed to go find it with Chompy flying high. Until we were caught by surprised by a strange and very colorful Pokémon and looks like the Headless Horseman in a Jester's outfit.

Valarie: Huh? What in the-

Before I could react, the Pokémon caught me by surprise when it's clear spherical head bounced all around until it came towards us and exploded causing me and Chompy to lose concentration until we got near the water but got back our composure while I try to capture the Ultra Beast, but it got away.

Valarie: Damn... I thought we got it
Chompy [Garchomp]: Garr
Valarie: It's okay Chompy, we'll get it next time. Let's head back and-

Before we could head back I spotted an Ultra Wormhole already dispersing from the air, that's when I spotted another unusual Pokémon.

Valarie: No way, there are two Ultra Beast? Is that even possible?
Chompy [Garchomp]: Garr
Valarie: You're right, the only way we can figure out what this Ultra Beast is, is to find out ourselves. Let's go

Chompy kept his distance from the Ultra Beast so we could observe and watch, I wrote things down and kept track of it's behavior. When it was getting late, Chompy kept me company along with Rocky. After a long sleep, I woke up to the sound of power shutting down and saw that the Ultra Beast.

Valarie: What in the-

[Ring, ring]

Valarie: Oh! My watch is ringing... [answers] hello?
Lusamine [Watch]: Valarie, we detected an Ultra Beast in the area and-
Valarie: Um, not to be rude, Lusamine, but I'm actually at the scene and spotted the Ultra Beast, what is it?
Lusamine [Watch]: Oh! You're already there? That's good news, the Ultra Beast we're dealing with is called Blacephalon, it's a Fire and Ghost type
Valarie: Blacephalon? Um Lusamine, I hate to make matters worst but... I don't think Blacephalon is the only Ultra Beast around
Lusamine [watch]: [gasp] You mean there's another one?
Valarie: Yes, I'm here right now and there's a humongous Ultra Beast that sparks electricity
Lusamine [Watch]: We'll investigate what kind of Ultra Beast it is, do you have a photo or can you describe it

I agreed and described the Ultra Beast to Lusamine, after I was done explaining it to her. I decided to finally rushed forward and battle the Ultra Beast with Rocky and Chompy as they attack to draw it's attention away from the power, sure enough the Ultra Beast was drawn to our attention and I got prep to battle.

Valarie: Alright, Rocky!! Use Rock Throw!! And Chompy!! Use Sand Tomb!!

Chompy attempted to use a sand storm while Rocky used Rock Throw, only for this Ultra Beast to use Spark to attack Rocky and Chompy, only for Chompy to quickly dodge the attack while Rocky was paralyzed by the attack. I grew worried and it started spazzing out electric charges around while I try to dodge and avoid getting paralyzed, but luck wasn't on my side when I got struck and I couldn't move my legs.

Valarie: Damn, that really stings
Chompy [Garchomp] : Garrr
???: Valarie!!!!
Valarie: Huh? Is that- Ash!!
Ash: Valarie, there you-

Ash was cutoff when the Ultra Beast started spazzing out sparks all around while Garchomp shielded me and Rocky so we wouldn't get hit.

Ash: Val!! Are you okay?
Valarie: Do I look okay to you?! I can't move my leg, I think it still paralyzed
Mallow: If Valarie can't move, then maybe she should hide in lower grounds
Ash: Oh! Val!! Remember when those Tauros were about to trampled us, what did you do?
Valarie: Isn't it obvious? I got Chompy to dig a whole so we could avoid the... [gasp] That's it!! Chompy!! Use dig!!!
