What Is The Colour Of Hope?

What is the colour of hope?
Today, I let it all out.
All the choking words, twisted down my throat.
I let it all out,
Crashing the ships of doubt still laying afloat.

It might be green or yellow.
What is the colour of hope?
That the blue ocean wouldn't elope?
Are they the words that from my lips, wouldn't fallout?

What is the colour of hope?
When I am lost in life's roundabout.
At college, I'm a dropout,
At home, I still have to sneak out.
I hang out with others but still get lost, there about.
Even though blind,
I count my chances at failing,
How do I recognize a chance to hope?

To dream in this blinding darkness.
Killing me in me inside.
Tied to my neck.
Why do I fail at every given opportunity?
Am I not fit?
Am I not fit to hope?
I don't have to shout out it.
All I have to do is sit,
And pull out these words,
From my throat to my pen.
All I have to do is to break this silent and let it out.
With the rope of risks,
I might fall down this slope.
I might find hope.
