"ughh.." you groaned as you heard your alarm ringing loudly. 9:30 AM

you slowly opened your eyes and adjusted from the light. rubbing your left eye gently, you turned off the alarm and sat up.

you looked up to the right side of your wall and stood up to walk towards the calendar hanging on the wall.

your eyes widened as you checked what day it is. your lips curled up into a smile before leaving your room and getting ready for the planned day ahead.

"good morning y/n." your friend greeted you as she was sitting on the dining area and eating cereal.

"morning aeri." you replied and served yourself some cereal as well. soon after you finished eating, you took a shower and chose some clothes to wear.

as you got ready, you put on some of your good clothes and grabbed your phone and wallet. "ah, i'm gonna be late." you mumbled and hurried to rush out of the door.

"enjoy your day y/n!" she waved as you were leaving. "thanks, aeri!" you replied and left the apartment. once you got out of the building, you spotted your bicycle and ran towards it.

upon unlocking the lock on it, you placed your phone and wallet on the basket attached to the front of the bicycle and hopped on. you pushed your foot off the ground and started pedaling.

the sun was out and the warm summer breeze hits you as you ride along the streets of the town. but even with the good weather and the small smile on your face, you knew that at the end, this day will break you.

as you pedaled throughout the town, your smile grew upon finally seeing the target location. you arrived at the quiet neighborhood and upon reaching in front of the house, you slowed the bicycle down and stopped near the front porch.

you parked your bicycle and grabbed your things then walked towards the door. you nervously pressed your finger on the doorbell and a few seconds later, you heard the faint sounds of footsteps.

the door opens to reveal the one and only person you love.

"hello minjeong." you greeted her with a smile and waved your right hand a bit. you glanced at her outfit and thought she looks gorgeous, which she always is.

"y/n! hi, come in. i'm still getting ready, you can wait in the living room." minjeong smiled upon seeing you and stepped aside so you can enter the house.
