a/n: greetings! it's been so long huh?

anw, i got some inspiration from chappell roan, so i decided to write something. check out their music too, their songs are great!

"we have arrived at your destination." you spoke, breaking the comfortable silence while turning off the car. 

"thank you for taking me out tonight, i had a lovely time." karina said, her lips curving up into a sweet smile. "i'm glad to hear that. i had a delightful time as well." you responded and while she was taking off her seatbelt, you took the chance to leave the car. jogging to karina's side of the car, you opened the car door for her and offered a hand, to which she gladly accepted and stepped out of the car. 

the night was a bit cold and streets weren't as busy as before. karina had barely able to squeeze in a date with her girlfriend due to a busy schedule with the upcoming comeback preparations. you, of course, did not want to get in the way of her hectic schedule and told her to take the day-off to rest. yet, karina was persistent and you ended up giving in, agreeing to go out for dinner with her. she was ecstatic and you were too, but also a bit worried. nonetheless, it was a night to remember. 

once karina was out of the vehicle, you closed the car door and turned to face her. "get some rest, stay warm and don't overwork yourself, okay?" you said, tucking a strand of hair behind her ear and fixing her cap. she wore a white mask and black cap, covering most of her facial features. although even with those items covering her face, under the moonlight, you swore she still looked gorgeous as ever.

karina smiled and took your hand in hers, intertwining them in the process. "i will, and you as well." she replied. you smiled from behind your mask, but your eye smile didn't go unnoticed by karina. soon, both of you ended up bursting into a fit of giggles after staring at each other's eyes for bit.

"right, well i should probably head in. i bet the girls are watching us from the window right now." karina says as you let out a chuckle. "alright, i'll see you when i see you." you responded. karina lets go of your hand and instead wraps her arms around you, engulfing you in a warm hug. smiling, you wrap you arms around her as well. karina then placed her lips on your half-exposed cheek, stealing a peck before breaking the hug and skipping towards the dorm gates. 

"good night!" she giggled, leaving you chuckling at her adorable antic.

"good night!" you exclaimed and watched her enter the gate. once she was out of your sight, you went over to the driver's seat and turned on the car. still smiling, you let out a content sigh before driving off to your house.
