When Toshinori Yagi looked down at the blonde boy he felt confusion and concern but as he observed him it clicked in his mind who this was, this was Katsuki Bakugo! The case involving his mother and Inko Midoriya was being investigated by so many others heroes and even he was told to keep a look out for that Izuku Midoriya boy.

He bent down and placed his hand on the boys back as he allowed the boy to sob, he felt so bad for the boy it sent pangs of sorrow into his own heart. He understood that sorrow when he had lost his master, when he felt the boy cling to him he embraced the boy. He understood very well this boy needed comfort especially right now, he slowly rubbed his back as he looked at him speaking to him.

"You're Katsuki Bakugo, I'm aware of your mother. I am so sorry young man, I'm so sorry for your loss but I promise you that me and many others are searching for whoever did this."

He wanted to bring even but a small fleeting bit of clarity to the young man but he knew that was asking a lot, he knew that the boy needed to grieve but he was concerned for him. He hurled himself into the ocean without any regard for his own safety, all this boy needed was a bit of help in a time like this but he knew he wouldn't be able to give it. He was a hero and had the responsibility of protecting everyone around him, he couldn't single out one boy.

He watched as the boy slowly got to his feet rubbing his eyes, still crying but he was keeping his composure for the most part. He looked down and just slowly walked away, it was perplexing to him how this boy was going around like this in such an unstable state. However he couldn't do nothing about it right now, it wasn't his business to intrude on his life. He simply sighed and readied himself jumping into the air to go continue his work.

His hero...the beacon of hope for everyone, All Might, The Symbol of Peace. All of those things and yet he'd never understand the truth like he did, only those around him would know how it truly was. Izuku wasn't just some kid who vanished out of thin air after his mother and another woman were murdered in cold blood. This was his fault, it was only his fault and nobody else's. The venom of regret ate him from the inside slowly destroying every wall, every pedestal, every single bit of pride, all of it was destroyed and wiped from him. He lost his mother but he also lost everything he'd ever told himself he was, all he was was some foolish dumbass who convinced himself he was above the world.

Now he was the one slowly sinking into the ocean, away from everything just slinking away into his own loneliness. To the deepest depths of despair, but this is his karma. Because he omitted the biggest fact to everything out of pure shame, this was his secret.

He made Deku snap nobody else, this was all his fault and he didn't even have the guts to admit his own mistakes. He wasn't deserving of forgiveness or any form of mercy, he was the only one who could face this. He felt the strings of regret and apathy tightening around his neck and joints using him like a marionette, dancing around no longer in control of himself. He was a broken boy burying himself alive in guilt.

For Toshinori Yagi his day was nothing out of the ordinary, nothing more than a regular schedule of the symbol of peace go around smiling, stop crime and let the citizens feel safe in his presence. It truly was one of the many same days he went through but in his mind he thought about Katsuki Bakugo.

The boy who had experienced such a tragic loss in the way he did but after finding him in the water earlier he felt more so worried for his own well-being, he seemed very emotional and Reckless which was a given for a situation like this but it was still an issue. He remembered the turmoil he entered after his masters death and it made him feel so bad that another young man had to go through something like that, he was trying to track down some slime villain who gave him the slip but he knew he had to put some pep in his step because he was running out of time to use his power.
