When Izuku followed that man he would happily bob his head back and forth as he listened to the great one's hums, how it manifested itself to him, when it helped him shred away his humanity, allowing him to gaze into their knowledge and minds, it all truly gave him all the reason he needed to live again in this world and become his being. He was the one who accepted truth and wisdom, earning himself a place among the heavenly envoys of this world. He was taken in by an angel, so who was he to refuse its gifts? He was a powerless mortal given the chance to see unimaginable amounts of knowledge and power. He was the child of a beautiful angel. His mother was simply his mortal tie to reality and with it severed he readied himself for a much more beautiful and fulfilling future, no longer did he cling to past grievances that made him an eternally useless person but he opened his arms to the great indifference of reality.

He pondered these thoughts as he walked before he realized he'd been led to a bar of sorts, he happily walked in seeing a bunch of small-time criminals which certainly peaked his hunger but the one to take his attention was the man with light blue hair sitting down at the counter. He went to go walk over to him but was stopped by the suited man, "No, no, let's talk first. I want to discuss how exactly you got here." He just sighed and walked with him looking around the room carefully mapping out those who gave off the most foresight, he looked at the blue-haired boy and felt his gaze fixate on him for a moment before he left the room with the suited man.

The man went to a chair and took a seat before sliding over a chair for him. He sat down and looked around for a moment before looking at the man. He knew he should probably be afraid, but deep down, he had no real fear. He felt above the common human now, and that feeling made him confident, unwavering, and determined, "Izuku Midoriya. You're the one who created a really big stir by killing and cannibalizing your mother and her friend. Then, without another word, you disappeared into thin air without a word. You've thrown them all for a loop, young man. Now, your records say you're quirkless, but the witnesses said they saw you fall from one of the high floors, hit the floor, and then get up as if nothing happened. How exactly do you explain that?"

He just looked at the man and just smiled as he opened his arms before taking a breath and taking off his shirt showing his scarred body with symbols etched into his chest, arms, and hands, "An angel guided me."

"Is that so young, man? Well, what did this supposed angel guide you to do," His voice was curious, suspicious even.

"It gave me knowledge that I needed, separating me from the common blind folk," He just chuckled and grinned as he held up his hand with one finger up showing off the symbols along his fingers, "Reality is unchanging, everlasting, and painful," His smile grew wider as he raised a second finger pointing to his chest, "Those which seek knowledge are held not to mortality," and with a wide grin he raised his third and final finger showing the symbols on his right arm, "Only by severing humanity can one seek great knowledge."

He laughed a bit as the man seemed confused. He didn't see them, so of course it all sounded so foolish to him. However, that very idea that somebody who exuded such confidence seemed so perplexed at this concept. He was so full of knowledge but was so blind to the truth. He simply smiled and laughed hysterically before he gasped for air, wiped his tears, and sat still for a moment. He saw how this man observed him but could feel his suspicion as, of course, a blind man like him couldn't possibly understand what he meant. He reached over to a scalpel on a nearby table and slowly slit his own throat happily, watching the man as he observed how his body healed.

After the process was done, he tossed the scalpel away and grinned as he held his hand outstretched to him with an offer. He slowly regained a serious expression as he spoke, "Let's make a deal, mister. I don't need anything from you aside from this place to stay, I'll do whatever you want me to do, but in return, I ask for shelter and a lab of my own. That's all, then you will have my unwavering loyalty."

The man was pleased he could tell. Slowly, with a grin plastered across his face, the two of them shook hands, and in doing so, he felt what felt like pins all along his back. He was an enlightened one with the guidance of an angel making a deal with a demon, oh how funny.

Katsuki had continued to work tirelessly at the beach, day and night, trying his best to get it cleaned, and he was doing pretty well. As a challenge to himself, he refused to use his quirk. He just built himself up physically and cleaned up the beach. It wasn't perfect yet, but it was starting to come together, not good enough! More can be done! He tugged around large hunks of garbage before he saw something odd. On some old pieces of metal was a bunch of weird drawings before he saw blood stains scattered about the sheets, it made him think. He thought about Deku for a bit, all he could think about was the sudden decline and turn of his friend...well they weren't friends. He was his bully, for years, what would he have expected to happen? He was so used to power and in that moment of his life he was powerless, he was broken down and now he had to build himself back up.

He was working hard at school and with his physical well-being thanks to All Might, it was difficult, and he'd never felt so damn exhausted in his life. He was so pissed that he just had to keep carrying on to make sure it all paid off. Besides, he knew it was what his mother would want. He sat down and stared at the sheet as he'd already found plenty of old drug stuff, bullets, guns, and so much more illegal shit All Might helped him keep within the law but this was different. However, when he thought about it, he realized he no longer felt like he was just drowning in the ocean. He felt okay. Not perfect or super happy but he felt like he could finally sort of relax and think for a minute, he stared out at the sunset and closed his eyes as he took a deep breath in and opened up his arms.

The wind grazed against his body and through the very partially cleaned beach and with his mind finally at ease, he pressed his hands together, and he prayed. He prayed for his mother and Auntie Inko before he finally stood up and left the beach to take the day off and spend a day with his father. He knew he needed his father more than ever now and his father needed him just as much, so he slowly walked home. With each step he reminisced on something about his life, surprisingly his brain seemed to think mainly of Deku. Why did he do that? What happened to the boy that just wanted to be a hero? What was the price of his actions? What does the future now hold? All because he created a real villain, he drove his one good childhood friend insane and now he's paid the cost.

He suddenly stopped his walk turning to stare inward at a street. This was where All Might saved him after he ran to that slime thing, how did it all lead here? How did it all result in this giant catastrophe for everyone? He didn't know but he was determined to find it all out in time, for now, he had a job to do. He was the Number One's Heir, he had to get it all right now. He walked up the street and looked at the stores before he heard a TV playing the news, he hadn't watched the news in a while.

'Two found dead in Yokohama City, Kimeno ward.'

'A young man, who remains unnamed, and pro hero Hotshot found dead in Yokohama City alleyway. Hotshot's corpse was maimed and destroyed while the young man was found stabbed to death and missing his eyes. A witness described the assailant as a short green haired boy. The details of the situation line up with the murder of Inko Midoriya and Mitsuki Bakugo. Currently, pro heroes and police alike are asking to keep an eye out for Izuku Midoriya, the current suspect in both of these cases. If you see this person, please contact the nearest pro hero and nearby police."

He stared at the TV as it showed an old picture of Izuku and a number to send tips for the case. So he was still out there...he hadn't thought about that, but how obvious it was. He sighed as he just looked at his hands for a moment before he went to walk off, but as he walked, he couldn't help but feel like he was being watched by something. He looked around for a bit before suddenly he felt a pair of arms wrapped around him into a hug, he quickly pulled away but ended up falling over and when he looked up to see who grabbed him.

He saw Izuku
