Hope was in her room with Rachel who was teaching her how to partial shift. The twins sat on the bed both were curious and eager to see what a partial shift looked like as was Jed but he was busy at the moment.

"You already know how to show your wolf eyes and fangs, so we can skip that lets try claws." The woman said holding out her fist she flicked it down ward and opened it to reveal her finger nails were now curved and sharp her beautiful well kept nails resembled claws. Hope copied her motion but nothing happened she tried again and again with no results.

"It's okay, don't think about it to much just try... and let it happen." Rachel explained to the girl that was her alpha. Nodding Hope closed her eyes and taking a breath repeated the motion before opening her eyes to reveal her nails had extended curved and sharp like Rachel's had been. Josie and Lizzie's eyes widened in fear as Hope spun around to show them almost slitting their throats in the process.

"Ahh!" Both girls said jumping back.

"Oh god I'm sorry!" The Tribrid said before she turned back to Rachel who proceeded to teach her how to reverse the effects. "It gets easier with time." Rachel explained after Hope successfully completed a partial shift.

"At least I get to keep my cloths on in that form." The auburn haired girl joked. The twins rolled their eyes at the Tribrids comment but Josie couldn't help but smile. Hope seemed much happier then she was a few months ago. Since her mother returned A lot had changed the school was run like it had been before Malivore. The transition cells for the solves were only used for new wolves, witches had started to learn offensive magic, and Alaric's book had been removed. Josie noticed a change in Hope as well she was more social with her fellow students not just the squad. She refused to go to counseling with Caroline which was the other reason Josie found herself in the room. Caroline had made therapy sessions mandatory since she returned and Hope would ether skip the sessions or spend an hour having a staring contest with her mother.

While Josie and Lizzie understood why Hope rarely opened up to anyone do to trust issues she needed to talk to someone. So Lizzie had decided to corner Hope after her training session with Rachel. Knowing this was a bad idea  Josie went with her sister to prevent her from being murdered by her best friend and keep the peace between the two Hope and Lizzie might be friends but they still argued about things the past two days Lizzie had tried to get Hope to go to her therapy sessions with their mother with no success both times Josie had to defuse the situation.

The minute Rachel left Lizzie closed the door before Hope could fallow.

"We need to talk." the blond said sternly eyeing the shorter girl.

"If this is about me skipping the sessions with your mother you can save your breath. I'm not going, end of story." Hope replied.

"No, this story is far from over," Lizzie began. "You are going to today's session if I have to drag your ass there myself."

"I'de like to see you try." Hope Huffed.

"Okay let's calm down." Josie said but nether girl seemed to hear her.

"Oh I'll do more then try you tribitch I'll-"

"ENOUGH!" Josie hollered cutting her sister off. Both Hope and Lizzie turned to face a very annoyed Josie.

"You two have been getting on my nerves with this bickering, Lizzie get control of yourself." Lizzie let out a breath but continued to glare at Hope. Josie growled and turned to address both girls sternly.

"Sit down!" She ordered pointing at the bed both girls did as they were told.

"We obviously have hit a road block here, I came with my sister hoping we all could have a civil conversation about this, but I was wrong so none of us are leaving until we work something out." After taking a deep breath to calm herself Josie eyed her sister and best friend. "Lizzie we can't force Hope to attend the sessions it's her choice." Lizzie looked pissed while Hope had a triumphed look on her face which was quickly erased by Josie's next words. "You won't talk to my mom fine, but you have to talk to someone that is not optional."
