The squad sat in the Mikealson compound celebrating the victory after fending off the vampires and capturing one Everyone decided the entire school need an early summer vacation. So When Hope decided to head back to New Orleans she'd invited the entire squad including Kaleb to New Orleans. The captured vampire had been about to reveal who he worked for but burst into flame's. Shortly after dinner an emergency squad meeting was called and Keelin picked them up and drove them to the house that she and Freya had bought two years ago.

"Auntie Bex, uncle Kole, Marcel what are you all doing here?" She asked noticing her aunts and uncle standing in the room. The Tribrid then noticed that Freya and her cousin weren't present and a look of panic crossed her face.

"Where's Nik and aunt Freya did something happen?" She asked assuming the worst.
"No little one they're safe. Nik's with Vincent while Freya is trying to locate my mistake." Rebekah replied referring to the first of her sire line. That's why the squad was still here. Hope's family had found out that Aurora had escaped and while they weren't positive they were pretty sure the vampires who attacked were working for her

"Mom, dad aunt Bonnie what's going on?" Josie asked seeing her parents and Aunt on a computer screen.

"Hey sweetie, why don't you all have a seat." The blond vampire said smiling.

"Kids the mission was a success, with Malivore gone only this Aurora remains." Alaric added

"I see why your called the super squad, You all have done well, survived were most new supernatural beings your age wouldn't." Bonnie said.

"I know, now all we have to do is deal with the this Aurora lady and we can move on!" MG said happily. That was the other reason why the squad was still here. Hope's family had found out that Aurora had escaped and while they weren't positive they were pretty sure the vampires who attacked were working for her. When Josie heard about this she decided to extend her vacation Aurora might be as old as hope's family but there was no way she could fight the twins, two werewolves, a vampire, a dragon hybrid, a muse, and the Tribrid if they worked with Hope's family.

The Mikealson's, Caroline, and Alaric exchanged looks before Davina responded.

"No, MG Freya spoke to Vincent and the details aren't clear but a seer revealed that there is a massive attack on The city... Only one student survives to make it to graduation." The New Orleans witch said sadly looking at her niece.

"What! how do none of us survive?" Josie asked horrified

"I call bulllshit," Lizzie said in disbelief before Davina could respond to Josie.

"There must be a way to stop it what if we-" the blond began only to be cut off by her mother

" Elizabeth watch your language!" Caroline said silencing her daughter.

"It can't be stopped but I have a way fore you to survive. I've shipped you a charmed item that Bonnie made for You girls in case a threat that we couldn't handle was to arise." Alaric said. "It's part of a ritual that will teleport most of the squad back to school. So five of you will be safe here." Bonnie finished Everyone looked around the squad had two wolves, a vampire, two Gemini witches, a vampire dragon hybrid, a muse, and the Tribrid.

"What about The other three! Jed asked

"I'm staying to defend the city besides aunt Davina needs something powerful to Chanel to do the spell, and I can't fight while I'm being channeled so despite my best efforts to talk them out of it Kaleb and Finch have decided to stay and fight."
