Getting ready for battle

"Josie get your mom and Davina if they don't know what's going on by now tell them. Lizzie get the squad and be ready to meet in the hall we need everyone so I need you to put your differences with Kaleb aside." Hope said sounding like the leader she was. Josie was impressed how calm Her friend was considering the number of vampires outside.

"What are you going to do?" Lizzie asked knowing there was more to her friends plan.

"I have to talk to someone first." Hope replied before quickly adding "Jo if the squad and pack starts to get overwhelmed you need to be close with that spell you learned."

"Got it!"

Both girls rushed off Lizzie to assemble the team and Josie to get her parants. Once they left Hope sat down closed her eyes and took a deep breath.

Opening her eyes hope found herself sitting in the forest. She stood up only to notice she was still on all fours she was in her wolf form.

"Hello Hope." The Tribrid recognized the female voice and turned to see her wolf in human form she shifted to human.

"Naturae Costos the school is under attack by a small army of vampires the barrier spell is holding for now but I don't think it will last long I need to know if Praesidiis Lunae is enough? Please I can't lose anyone else!"

"I Naturea Costos am a part of you, as long as you believe in me and trust me there is nothing I we can't over come but be warned the spell will only be as strong as your desire to protect. Go now togeather we shell win this battle trust I will protect you as you protect the school." Hope nodded as the woman watched the Tribrid vanish. 'This battle is not going to be your toughest young one.' She thought. Then the woman looked out into the forest that had began to fill with life.

"Hope, you have been abandoned, betrayed, and forgotten." The woman began, Hope had no idea how alone Her wolf was in this place once she jumped in the pit and was forgotten. Costos Looked around the forest. "Hope. This forest is beautiful and full of life but can be easily destroyed. Every time you are troubled, the moon is blocked by clouds, every time you are conflicted the forest is filled with fog, when you grieve, it storms continuously. But the one thing that endangers this place so much is the flames of rage. I wonder if you can understand, the fear of your home going up in flames, being trapped in a forest on fire with no escape. To prevent such a fire, I shall lend you all my strength, any amount of power. As long as you believe in me I will prevent the forest from burning to ash. Trust me Hope Mikealson as long as you accept me you will never fight alone." The woman said softly.

Hope opened her eyes to find herself back in her room. She quickly made her way to were the squad usually met to see everyone there. Already.

"Hope our mom and your aunt know about the situation some of the upper years have volunteered to fight including a few of the school coven's." Josie said.

"I sense a but coming." Hope said.

"But mom has said that the younger students safety comes first." We have almost all the witches ether focusing on strengthening the barrier or escourting the younger ones to safety."

"That's fine. What about the pack and vampires?" She asked looking at MG and Jed.

"We're ready but Hope even with all the vamps and wolves we have a problem. Your aunt did a spell to tell us exactly how many vamps are out there."

"How many in total? Hope asked.

"About three hundred total." Davina replied walking in fallowed by Caroline.

"Jed do you think the Pack can fight that many?" Josie asked looking at the alpha.

"We're willing to fight for our home but we're still students who knows how old those vampires or there combat capabilities." The boy replied. Hope was about to respond when Kaleb raised his hand "Just one question have any idea what they want?" He asked

"They want the Tribrid." Caroline said eyeing Hope sadly

"Why?" Josie asked.
"Yeah I mean Hope hasn't done anything to any of them... Yet." Lizzie added

"You have a lot to learn about the birth of the Tribrid. Poeple have been trying to kill Hope since she was in the womb." Davina said sadly walking to Hope's side. Everyone looked at the Tribrid waiting for her to explain.
Hope took a deep breath and began to explain why the vampire's outside wanted her dead. "While I was created to defeat Malivore my very existence goes against nature's laws." She paused for a a minute before continuing. "When I was born it was for told I'd bring an end to witches, vampires and werewolves."

"So basically there's a small army made of witches, werewolves, and vampires who all agree that hope needed to die?" Josie asked looking horrified.

"But why now?" Cleo asked

"Because she's a full Tribrid before she was just a witch and werewolf, the night she activated her vampire side Mother Nature gave a huge sign." Lizzie said everyone looked at her. "What are you all saying you didn't notice the sky turn red or how windy it was not to mention the Lightning!" The siphon said.

"Well then they'll have to kill all of us if they want to get her, because we aren't loosing another student another voice said. Everyone turned to see Finch standing in the doorway next to Jade and Ethan. Despite their break up Finch stayed at the school and she and Josie remained friends as a result she was friendly with Hope as well. The two girls weren't exactly best friends but Hope was a female alpha and she respected her she was also part of the school pack and she wasn't going to desert them. Josie had actully gotten through her that night.

"So tell us what we can do to help." Jade said. While she didn't exactly know the Tribrid Josie had given her back her humanity, helped her escape the prison world she had given Her a second chance. She owed Josie big time.

"The barrier is strong but it won't hold forever." Davina said

"Jed you and finch gather the pack tell them to be ready to fight Jade, Mg inform the vamps that if they wish to they can join but they don't have to fight. Everyone else prepare to fight." Josie walked over to Finch and Jade.

"I didn't think we'd see each other again Saltzman." Jade said hugging her "I'm sorry about Landon." She added as the hug ended "I'm happy to see you but what are you doing here?" Josie asked Jade had left the school to attend and complete med school.

"I came to pay my respects and was about to leave when I saw the small army of vampires outside figured you could use some back up." Jade replied

"Thank you both go inform the wolves and vamps like Hope asked we can catch up later." Both girls nodded and headed out.

"Jo, you okay?" Hope said as the brunette walked over she looked like something was bothering her.

"Yeah, just thinking we should try to capture at least one vampire to find out who sent them and to know exactly what we're up against."

"I agree lets just hope we can capture one."

"Okay I'm going to talk to mom." Josie began before pausing at the door.

"And Hope, that prophecy was bullshit you are not a our end your our leader, our savior never tell yourself differently." With that said Josie walked out the door and Jade entered at vamp speed.

"I updated the vampires so what do you really need Mikealson?" Jade asked she had seen the way hope looked at her after telling her to inform the vampires Hope needed her to do something more.

"Who do I need to kill?" Jade asked.

"Any vampire out there that tries to kill Lizzie or Josie." Hope said looking the girl dead in the eye. "I need you to protect them because I can't lose anyone else."
