Control is all I have but one look at those golden eyes of yours and I haven't been in control ever since, my love.

Taehyung hates when he is not in control.
He hates it when someone else decides what's happening in his life, what he'll eat, what he'll wear, what he'll say, what he'll do, how he'll act. He hates letting someone else have the control. Others might like letting someone else take decisions for them, but not taehyung.
He hated it and everyone who knew him was aware of it. Whether it was the toothpaste he used or the guy he fucked or the bike slash car he used. it was his choice, his control.
So imagine his anger when someone else told him what to do. Taehyung is a racer, an illegal one. The underground one. He lived in the neglected side of seoul. The slum area.
The one you'll see in movies like dead pool, those who were just hanging on the poverty mark but still lived like kings. Filthy but kings. Thugs, pimps, drug dealers, illegal boxers, gangs. You name them and Taehyung knew them.
Today was another 20km bike race, starting from main seoul city to gasan dong. It was a race Tae was looking forward to, he was going to use the new bike that arrived in their garage. He wanted to let his new baby, Black And white KTM RC 125 have a taste of success.
But that seemed to go down the drain when Carlos, a Mexican racer like him, had decided to corner Taehyung along with his friends. Carlos was a ginger head with a long beard of the same colour, muscles big enough to crack a head open. He had more scars and tattoos then he had flesh. If Taehyung had to guess he'll say the man is minimum 30 but his appearance made him look almost in his late 40s.
Everyone was afraid of Carlos, he was like some high school over weighted bully who got off by scaring others, practising his authority on everyone else around him. Rumours had it that he was involved with some Mexican gun runners too.
Truth to be told, The place Taehyung lived in there were more illegal migrants then there were actual citizens of Korea. Heck, even Taehyung had an equal amount of migrants as friends as he had Korean.
Carlos had threatened Taehyung to intentionally lose the race, let Carlos win, he had a big bet on him and the Mexican would be damned if Carlos lost. Some part of Taehyung felt warmed over the fact that he was so good at what he did that Carlos himself felt threatened enough to offer him money to lose.
He could have just taken the money and kept his nose down and did as he was told. But boy, Was he Taehyung if he let someone else decide what happened in his life? He'll take money if he feels like and right now, he only wants to win. Money be damned.
