Jungkook isn't sure what kind of condition he should expect Taehyung in when they meet now, not because of the message he got from carlos. He knows the Mexican would keep him safe no matter how much his sweetheart annoys the fuck out of him. His worry was rather because of the news he just saw.

His mind now is in a constant race to understand the situation and eventually come to a solution, which he unfortunately hasn't found yet.

Normally the mobster wouldn't worry about murdering someone. It's as normal as people talking about the Inception’s end. He wouldn't bat an eye if he has to kill the governor of the state but you know, that's the thing about those murders of elite people.

It's no lie that the mafia or white collared businessmans or just any person who goes on the wrong side of the law have their people in the government, in high positions so it's very important to think it through.

They are well planned, every detail is thought through and through. They are squeaky clean, no evidence, no witness, no proof. Jungkook — or rather the people who are indirectly connected with the government with enough power to influence it think very carefully before taking a pawn off the chess board.

The pros and cons of it are already planned and decided, how much it'll affect their own infrastructure is drawn out before killing an elite. But this was a total impulse reaction.

They don't kill high class people as a total immediate reaction, that’s not how it happens. They are a part of a big food chain and just like it is for chains, even a single key getting broken disturbs the whole chain.

They just disturbed a whole chain.

The person Jungkook — or rather Taehyung killed wasn't some random dude walking on the streets. No, he was an important person and now the monster doesn't know how Taehyung will take this information.

The racer looked okay in the morning, as if he had almost forgotten about what happened yesterday. Was it yesterday? A whole eternity seems to pass till that accident.

Jungkook stops his pacing when he hears A car sound from A distinct, his suspicion getting confirmed when A man working under him comes to inform about the arrival of Carlos and Taehyung, telling him that they are in the living room.

Jungkook doesn't wait for them to continue, already walking towards the place they both are seated in.

He stops short on his steps once he notices the male sitting on the sofa, his back facing Jungkook. The male looked around the place in wonder, it wasn't the building Taehyung had come to before.

It was rather in Gangnam, the headquarters for the busan mafia in Seoul. All the members working in seoul stayed rather here, the building were Taehyung had met Jungkook, it was located in

“Taehyung??” The male turns to face him, standing up as Jungkook walks up to him.

“Where's Carlos?”

“A bullet had grazed his forearm so he went to take care of that, Sihyuk; Jaehun’s father is also with him. He told you what happened right?” Jungkook nods, those his hands moving around the racer, making sure that he isn't harmed in any way.

“Yeah, he told me that. Where’s the guy” Taehyung stops his hands from roaming all over his arms and stomach.

“I’m fine, nothing happened well, except for a few scratches here and there. I was driving and Carlos was dealing with them so he was the one who got hurt. Also, The guy… I think your men took him somewhere”

“Jungkook nods, standing tall to cup Taehyung’s face, fingers going over his cutted eyebrow and Taehyung rolls his eyes.

“You do know that i’m a man instead of some weak ass princess made up of glass right? Chill it’s just a few scratches”
