Chapter Twelve

Nothing is going as per Jungkook’s plan. 

Absolutely nothing, The moment he decided to remind himself why he shouldn't bother about Taehyung, why he should stay the fuck away from him. The male came and pissed all over his monologue.

He was standing right there, looking so pretty and handsome with his sharp features and soft skin, how was Jungkook supposed to control himself? How was he supposed to not think about inappropriate things?

It was wrong, very wrong. Jungkook knew it, he kept urging the male to leave, to get lost and not look back just as he had said. 

It was almost pathetic with how fast he gave in, even initiated the kiss despite what happened last time. It was stupid of him to do but it seems like when It comes to Taehyung, Jungkook’s rationality is thrown out of the window. 

He's like some lovesick— No not lovesick, like a puppy. Yeah. A puppy having separation issues. That's definitely the accurate way to explain him because the moment Taehyung was turning to leave Jungkook couldn't help but pull him back. 

Maybe it was the way Taehyung looked so vulnerable (dare he say; close to crying) or he is just too needy for Taehyung, he doesn't know, the only way he could think of stopping Taehyung was to kiss him. It was on autopilot, even before the mobster could think it through he was doing it. He didn't expect Tae to reciprocate, heck he even expected him to slap Jungkook right on the face. 

But somehow he didn't, Jungkook isn't the curious type, he'll rather take the chance then to question the action. Though, he still tried to shoo Taehyung away by his weird ass rules. Of course, he knew Taehyung would refuse them, or at least he guessed he would. Taehyung didn't seem the type to stick around or let anyone else control him but he agreed nonetheless. 

And from then on, you can say, Jungkook learned a lot about Taehyung. On a personal level, one not any digging could give him. He got walls and Jungkook full on board to break them one by one. He's pretty sure, he only has gotten past the first or second layer since they pretty much have normal conversation, instead of shark remarks there's clever But witty remarks. 

He has given him a nickname for crying out loud! Jungkook wouldn't dare say it in front of Taehyung but the racer has gone soft on him. 

Or at least he thought he had, ‘Cause the sight is definitely not the one he'll like to witness right now. 

The smile he had when he saw who was coming inside his office had soon faded away as he saw the anger on Taehyung’s face. 

“You!” He roars, marching on Jungkook, pointing his index at his chest with anger. 

“How fucking dare you” 

“Who the fuck gave you the right to do that?” The mobster gives him a patient look, eyebrows drawn from inside. 

“I have no idea what you are talking about, Tae” The racer couldn't help but grimance at him, eyes shining from something close to tears. 

“Of course you don't! Zotoloy, I told you! Don't fucking meddle in my business! Why did you have to go and threaten Ricardo huh? I told you not to try to help me! Jungkook it's not fair” Taehyung moves his hands in air in exasperation, pushing him back over and over making almost touch the wall behind the mobster. 

Jungkook felt colours drain out of his face, he hadn't mean to threaten him per se, they crossed paths and well Jungkook couldn't control, he cornered him and gave a nice and sweet warning to stay the fuck away from Taehyung. 

“Taehyung i—” 

“Can't you fucking trust me?” Taehyung who seemed to be in his own thoughts didn't let Jungkook speak, he pointed the finger at himself.
