Chapter Twenty Two

I'm sorry for this one cause there's a skip of scenes. l know it's very wrong of me since this is a very crucial scene T-T. I hope y'all aren't mad at me because of this and wouldn't leave right away :(.

I'm really grateful for y'all to come so far. Thank you so much for that, I might write this scenes properly in future but for now I really don't have the motivation for it T-T. I'm sorry, I'll just explain the scene so you won't get confused .

As a compensation, I'll give you 2-3 updates more.

The explanation ;

Andrei Ivanov as mentioned in last chapter. Well, he is a 50 something old retired leader of the Ivanov (read Russian) mafia. Jeon and Ivanov mafia have a rivalry going on from a long time because both are one of the biggest mafia, they constantly get in gang wars in order to capture more of the underworld market.

The Russian mafia has Kidnapped Taehyung for A. The bounty and B. Because he has been seen with Jungkook a lot of times. Andrei calls Jungkook to tell him he has Taehyung in his custody and if the mobster wants him back he needs to come alone to the (insert name of a place) without any guards or weapons, typical kidnapping thing you know.

Anyways, so Jungkook agreed cus duh he wants his boyfriend back, agreeing to all of the old leaders demand. Though he makes sure to sneak in a pocket knife just in case in his cufflinks (is that the word for the hem of the sleeves of a buttoned shirt? Idk nan molla)

Anyways, Obviously when he reached there they don't hand Taehyung over but instead tie Jungkook as well.

The person in charge of monitoring them is named Dimitri, so Dimitri stays with them in the room where they are tied. Taehyung being Taehyung tries to provake/manipulate the male into letting them go which ends up in the racer getting a few punches. In that time, Jungkook tries to put the pocket knife in by cutting the ropes which tied his hands behind his back but it's very hard since the ropes are like really thick and take a lot of time.

Andrei comes in that time and he sits in front of them, you know playing the typical villian shit. He takes a knife and cuts Jungkook’s shirt.

The old man slowly starts to cut Jungkook’s abdomen, ready to spill his guts out. Jungkook tries to remain calm but with each passing second it keeps on getting harder cause the mfing ropes just won't cut.

The more andrei hurts Jungkook, the harder it becomes for Taehyung to pretend like he's totally cool about this, idk he starts to scream and curse at them to stop. Jungkook also starts to lose his cool cause he really thinks he's gonna die.

Soo... He ends up confessing (after 40-50k or so finally!!! T-T)

Taehyung tells him to shut the fuck and not say those words like a good bye. Though he himself knows it's the end and they both are gonna die. He wants to say those three words as well but he doesn't want to confess like it's out of pity and only because they are gonna die. The words are at the tip of his tongue but he doesn't.

Instead he tells Jungkook the meaning of the nickname he has given to him (Zolotoy). It means Golden one in Russian. The racer tells him how his eyes were the first thing that got his attention, That Jungkook is his golden one.

Andrei is about to stab Jungkook in the guts when the door is teared open! And guess who walks in (✿❛◡❛)

It's Maria!!!

She calls Andrei “Papa” (father) and tells him that they need to have a talk

Plot twist time hehe; So maria is daughter of andrei but due to some conflict Maria had completely cut herself off from Andrei’s life. Andrei despite being shocked by seeing his daughter, nods and then they leave the room to have a talk.

Okay, I need to explain the fight between them. So apparently, Andrei wants Maria to marry Dimitri but she doesn't wants to because Dimitri is a Grade A asshole and she doesn't wanna get tied down in some arrange marriage. Dimitri likes Maria but Maria doesn't shares the feeling. (remember the ‘Ex boyfriend’ I mentioned in the first chapter while introducing Maria? That's Dimitri. Not an ex but since they were fighting tae thought they are (ex)couples)

Maria tells him to let his friends go and to not harm them. Andrei says that he will listen to her only and only if she starts talking to them again and would marry Dimitri. Maria at first tries to bargain/deny her marriage with Dimitri but when she sees that his father wouldn't budge. She agrees.

So Andrei let's Jungkook and Taehyung go after treating their wounds. Now Taehyung and Jungkook are in car along with Maria and Dimitri to go back to Yoongi’s house. Also, andrei has explained why Taehyung and Jungkook were held hostage to maria.
