Have you ever been in a hallway or just anywhere and someone runs into you? And being the decent person you are, you say:
"Oh, I'm sorry!"
You know they definitely ran into you. You know that they could possibly be the worst person on the planet, but you say "sorry" because you are a good person.
You expect that a human would be like:
"Oh! I'm sorry! That was all my fault!"
Or at least a:
"Sorry."
But no. They respond with:
"Oh, you're fine"
Oh, you're fine?
I KNOW I'M FINE, YOU RADISH!!! YOU RAN INTO ME!!! HOW ABOUT YOU APOLOGISE?
I just don't understand.
Of course, I don't actually say this. I just turn around, glare, and keep going, due to my social awkwardness. Then, I proceed to dwell on this the next ten minutes. Secretly hating my manners, or more accurately, their lack of.
Anyone else feel this way?
