No Loitering

Ah, the park. A place for friends, family. A place where you can play games, or simply sit on the swing.

But, doesn't it suck that you can't loiter at a park? Really, this is a serious question.

At my neighborhood park there is a "No Loitering" sign.

WHAT DO YOU EXPECT ME TO DO AT A GOSH DARN PARK??? BE PRODUCTIVE BY RAKING LEAVES? DOING NOTHING IS THE POINT OF A PARK!!! SO THAT YOU CAN JUST CHILL.

Sorry for that use of caps lock, but this makes me real upset.

We also can't eat or even be at the little pavillion next to the park, unless you are 21 or over.

They've also taken down the basketball nets so that it's not too loud, and tried to ban me from writing positive messages with chalk on the sidewalk.

Really? I'm writing positive messages that can go away with a bucket of water.

My neighborhood board needs to get themselves together.
