Maia and I were currently getting ready to go to Miles hotel. He arrived at approximately 1 pm but he had work to do before we could hang out so we decided to meet up at 4 pm before we go out to dinner at 7 pm.
"MAIA WE HAVE TO GO!" I yelled out. She has been trying to do her hair for 30 mins now.
"FIVE MORE MINUTES MY HAIR IS NOT COOPERATING WITH ME!" She yelled back sounding a bit distressed.
"Put on a bonnet or something, We're gonna be late."
She came out fifteen minutes later with her hair in a low bun.
"Finally," I said grabbing the keys off the counter.
"You are not driving, I like my life very much thanks," She said grabbing the keys from my hand.
"It was one time," I said referring to the incident where I crashed into a parked car. She never let me drive her anyway after that.

We knocked on the door and waited impatiently for Miles to open it. When he finally did we wasted no time embracing him in a bone-crushing hug
"Bitch I can't fucking breathe," He said attempting to push us off him.
"We're so happy you are here," Maia said.
"Are you? 'cause y'all just tried to kill me," Miles joked.
We all laughed and he made some space so that we could enter the room. He had a bottle of Hennesey waiting for us on the table with shot glasses.
"You know me too well Miles," Maia exaggerated. Pouring us some shots.
My phone kept dinging in my purse. It was Levi he wanted to know where I was and why wasn't I answering him. I shot him a quick message reminding him I was going to be hanging out with Maia for most of the day because we were catching up with our high school best friend. He suggested that I come to his office instead but I obviously declined.
"Who the hell is she texting," Miles questioned snapping me out of my daze.
"That is no other than her new man, Levi King aka the man I hate the most in this world," Maia said sarcastically.
"You are dating THE Levi King and you've only been here for what, a month, I need to know EVERY single detail like right now," Miles exclaimed with wide eyes. "Let's take a shot to that," He said grabbing a shot and throwing it down his throat.
I told him everything and Maia added in her little two cents that were all insulting Levi.
We were now six shots in and I was starting to feel the effects of it.
"LET'S TAKE SOME PICTURES GUYS!" I screamed unnecessarily. I grabbed the bottle of Hennesey and held it up as Miles took the photo of me and Maia came in the picture and kissed my cheek.
"That's enough, for now, we got a reservation for seven so let's go get ready," Miles said taking the bottle out of my hands.
We all got our tipsy asses up and started getting ready. We were ready approximately one hour later.
"So why didn't you bitches tell me we were matching today?" he asked checking out our outfits.
Maia and I were wearing matching body suits.
