It has been two days since Levi asked me to go out with him, and honestly, I am excited because not every day you meet a Greek god like that.
It is 8:30 in the morning, and I decided that I would visit one of the many libraries that it has in New York. I got dressed in my grey sweat pants with an olive green sweater and a pair of white new balance sneakers.
I walked into the kitchen, where I saw Maia leaning against the island, eating apple slices. " Where are you going?" she asked as I walked towards the fridge to get a bottle of water. " I am going to the library three blocks from here," I tell her before taking a sip of water. " So.... do you have an outfit to go on your date tomorrow?" she asked as she put another apple slice in her mouth, waiting for me to answer. I shook my head in response as I remembered that I don't have anything to wear. " I would go shopping on my way back from the library," I said as took up my bag and left.
It took me about 10 minutes to arrive at the library. As I walked in I greeted the Librarian and headed straight to the romance section. I picked out a few books that seemed interesting and went to sit at one of the chairs in the middle of the library. I began reading a book called "Accidentally Engaged," I got so lost in the book that I didn't realize the time until I got a message from Maia saying that she wanted to carry me to a new club that was opening tonight. I wasn't in the mood to go anywhere, but I promised both our parents that I would take care of her and that was the only reason I agreed to go.
On my way home, I went through several different stores looking for something to wear at the club and also an outfit for the date that I had with Levi tomorrow. I came across a few outfits, but none of them stands out like the two I had in my hand. I paid for the outfits that I chose and went straight home to get ready for the club.
I took a shower and started doing my make-up, I didn't do anything extravagant and decide to do my day-to-day look, by putting on some, lipgloss and mascara.
I then slid into the dress that I bought to go to the party. It was a red satin dress that hugged my body nicely, showing off my hourglass shape.

I then added a few accessories to my outfit and I was ready to go. I grabbed my purse and walked out of my room.
On my way out of my room, I could see Maia sitting on the sofa putting on what looked like 5-inch heels. She wore a tight gold dress that reached mid-thigh and had her hair pulled up in a slick ponytail. One thing that I envied about Maia was her long legs that made her look good.
" Hey, are you ready?" I asked as walking towards her. She nodded her head in response and we made our way out the door towards our Uber.
*** 15 Minutes later***
We finally arrived at the club, it was very crowded, and I suddenly regretted coming. I wasn't a fan of crowds, but I had to stay to look after Maia and at least try to have fun. Upon entering, I couldn't help but gasp when I saw how beautiful it looked. It had lights on the ceiling that looked like stars in the sky.
After taking in the sight of the club, we went towards the bar and took a few shots. "Do want to go dance?" Maia asked pulling me towards the dance floor and I had no choice but to.
We continuously kept drinking and dancing until I could hardly remember what happened next.
