"Hello Ms. Riverdale" I heard the familiar voice say making me roll my eyes

ADDISON

"Bennie Boo" I squealed earning a chuckle from him

"You're now referring to me with a pet name Miss Riverdale" He smirked down at me 

"Shut up" I giggled 

"Ms. Riverdale I am appalled by the way you speak to me!" He said gasping loudly 

"Please, you love the way I speak to you" I said back

"Indeed, you know just how to make a man weak in the knees" He smiled pulling me in closer 

"Benedict Bridgerton, I am looking for a husband" I giggled 

"Trust me, every man in this room has eyes on you. I spotted you from you arrived and I couldn't help but notice everyone else's gaze on you. Lavender really is your color" he said 

"Why thank you Bennie Boo" 

"Find me before you leave tonight" He chuckled spinning me around

I ended up in a different suitor's arms. He was coming off way too strong for my liking and luckily the song went off after that. I decided to find something to drink. All of that dancing left me parched. As I was pouring my drink, I heard a man speak in authority.

"Ladies and gentlemen, may I have your attention... the queen is ready to make her announcement" He said

This doesn't have anything to do with me so I'll just go look for Eloise. As I was about to leave, I felt a tug on my arm. When I glanced up at whom the arm belonged to, I relaxed. 

"Stay put she has a very important announcement" Said Lady D. I was too busy sipping my drink when the Queen began her rant. 

"Allow it to now be my honor, to present to you the seasons Diamond" She paused and so did everyone else. I took this moment to chug the remaining contents in my cup as everyone else's attention was now on Queen Charlotte "MISS ADDISON RIVERDALE" she finished as the breath left my body and the Queens guard took my hand and escorted me to Her Majesty. I made haste in regaining my breath as I was now standing directly in front of her.

"Thank you, your majesty" I smiled and bowed as she walked over to me and held up my head. I looked up slowly trying not to fan girl over QUEEN FREAKIN CHARLOTTE right now. The next few minutes were spent with her asking a few questions while suitors raced to talk to me. After the Queen went back to her respective place, I spent the next half hour being bombarded by different men. Thankfully Lady Danbury was on my side. By the time I was annoyed, I was then approached by the Bridgerton's. 

"Eloise" I smiled hugging her 

"Seasons Diamond... I am so grateful to you yet so proud of you" She smiled eagerly

"You look rather lovely Miss Riverdale. I love your dress" Mrs. Bridgerton said resting her hand on my bare shoulder with a look of pure admiration on her face

"Thank you" I smiled bowing my head 

Soon enough, she turned to Lady D and they both excused themselves leaving 4 of us. I was about to continue my conversation with Eloise until something caught her attention. 

"Addison... I will be right back. Brothers play nicely" She said walking towards the direction which held her attention 

"Brother... didn't you say your last hope would be the season's Diamond?" Benedict smirked over at the Viscount
