Addison

This morning, I woke up very early expecting both  my sister's arrival. I prepared breakfast along with tea. I got grandpa situated with his morning coffee and his newspaper at the dining room table, and sat beside him fidgeting with my hands. 

"You should eat" He said not looking up from his paper 

"I'm not ready to eat" I mumbled 

"My apologies. Eat" He said pushing his bacon and eggs filled plate toward me

Sighing in defeat, I picked up a piece of bacon and suddenly became hungry as ever. Thank you pregnancy!

"I am over being pregnant" I said as my oldest sister Alana walked into the dining room

"You're almost there baby sis" Alana smiled hugging both grandpa and I "Aria is coming in now." she informed us with a chuckle 

"Food is in the kitchen" Grandpa told her

"I was headed there first anyways" She says sitting her purse on the table just as the front door closed 

"Grandpa, I want you to know... since Addison came home, you don't call me as much" Aria says hugging him "My baby sister whom the earth spit back out" She said coming to hug me, causing me to laugh at her choice of words 

"I missed your stupid arse" I smiled at her 

"I missed you too baby sis" she said kissing my forehead before disappearing into the kitchen

"I hope you're not nervous" Says grandpa as I shook my head 

"Not anymore, my sisters are the easiest people to talk to... they just need some convincing" I say

"So what's so important it requires just us four?" Alana asks sitting beside me at the table 

"So you know grandpa's birthday is next week" I say to her

"Cut the crap... we've been planning his birthday party for some time now" Aria says sitting across from me causing grandpa chuckle 

"So, the truth?" Alana asks 

"In simple form, she time traveled. It sounds ridiculous, we know. I don't have alzheimer's and she's not schizophrenic" Grandpa said patting my head "Now. I shall go fetch me a plate" He said standing 

"Grandpa I got it" Says Aria standing as well

"Sit down. I can handle it on my own. Talk to your sister" He said shrugging her off

"So? Explain the madness" Says Alana

"I doubt either of you are going to believe me" I began "But just as grandpa says I time traveled. Last year, as school was coming to a close, my history professor took us to an ancient museum for a project... at the museum we were told that there were some real artifacts in the building. You both know I don't, well I didn't believe in mythical beings or anything related to that sort." I shook my head "Kyle, a close friend of mine... he can testify to that being the last place I was seen"

"Ohhh the dude who called asking about your where abouts? He spammed our social medias for weeks" Says Aria 

"I nearly blocked his ass. I thought he was a stalker" Alana says "But what you are saying still doesn't explain time travel." 

"I ended up going to the bathroom and was in search of snacks for Kyle. I heard strange music, followed it and discovered a painting. There was an older lady behind me talking about it and when I looked back she was no longer there. Curiosity got the best of me, I ended up touching the picture and ended up in the year 1814, in London. The crazy thing is, I have a whole life back in London. Now, before I go into details... I need to know just how delusional I sound?" I ask looking at the both of them

"This is 2023... I think anything under the heavens is possible" Shrugged Aria "If you say it's true, tell us what took place in London during 1814 while you were there" 

"Alana?" I say 

"I'm listening" She nodded as well

"Here's that old document I told you about that was signed by Anthony B." Grandpa says appearing out of thin air just as I was about to begin

"Damn. Excuse my language grandpa... but Addison is basically the womb of the Hannah's" Says Alana "No wonder mum always said you were a miracle" 

I then shook my head, every time I tell the story it still feels surreal. 

"I found the museum like an hour ago" Says Aria "Looks like it disappears and reappears in different locations" She said showing us her phone

"No way" I mumbled looking at the screen "That's really the museum" I pointed out 

"And after reading the comments, people were reported missing from there. The comments are scarce but they are there" Aria informed us 

"I am proud of you" Alana says "But how have you come back here? Back to this time... Seems as though you truly belong there" She said looking at me with pity 

"I came back for you all... my family here" I answered honestly 

"I love you, I do. But let me get this straight, you made a Viscount from a royal ass family fall inlove with you and you left him?!? For us?" Asks Aria

"I think I had to" I shrugged 

"When the time is right, she'll return. I know it. I might be dead and gone but the proof is us" Grandpa says 

"Well, for now I'll have the babies here. After their arrival, I'll seek out ways in returning" I say 

"I don't think you should wait too long" Says Alana

"Yeah, make sure the Viscount sees the twins as babies. He is already missing the birth of his first born seeds" Says Aria "It wouldn't be fair to neither you, him, nor the twins" 

"Wait. TWINS... What if the son who starts the Hannah clan is not the one she's carrying now?" Alana speaks again

"That's possible. If she returns, who's to say she will not have more children with the Viscount" Grandpa says 

"Well then, the fate of us is within my wombs. I know this." I say shaking my head "I should have gained contact with Mr. Hargreaves by now to know how to go about this. How is one man so hard to find?" I frowned 

"Leave it to me" Says Aria "In the mean time, we need to spend as much time with each other as possible and ensure those babies arrive healthily, and we have enough memories for when it's time of your departure" 

"Ugh 1 more month and a few weeks left until the twins arrive. But please, distract me from my pregnancy" 

"We can now discuss the party for grandpa for real this time" Smiles Alana 

"Thank you all for believing me" I say looking between grandpa, Alana, and Aria "You three are the most important people who need to know the truth about my whereabouts. " I said to them
