Cayetana Santillan was adored by everyone at Seattle Grace. From the patients to the attendings, everyone had a special place in their hearts for the young genius.

It has been a week since Seattle Grace was almost blown up. Cayetana was back at work, everything was falling back into order.

"Hey little genius, you want in on the Lionitis case?" Cristina asked as they walked to the nurses station on the first floor.

Cayetana was suspicious, Cristina wasn't the type to pass on a surgery. "What's in it for you?"

"Nothing, can't i do something nice for my little baby." Cristina said playfully

Cayetana stared at her, "Really."

"Fine, he kind of freaks me out, and I was hoping to get on a case with Burke, the man is too stubborn." Cristina confessed.

"Stubborn, seems like someone we know." Cayetana replied grinning.

"Yeah, Yeah. Will you take my Lionitis case?" Cristina asked desperately.

"Fine, just let me finish some charting for Mer and then I'll go." Cayetana said as she turned on the computer.

"Okay Great. I already did the preliminary introduction with Shepherd so you just take him to get an MRI at 4." Cristina said before rushing to the elevators.

Going over a couple case files, Cayetana checked that the information on the computer was what was written on the charts.

"Invasive non-cell. With a history of COPD. That guy's pretty much a goner, huh?" A voice read.

"Sensitivity. I like that in a stranger. Are you new here- Mark!" Cayetana said after she finally turned to face the voice. She couldn't believe it, Mark Sloan was standing in front of her in Seattle Grace. A million questions filled her head.

"Princess? How have you been?" Mark sloan asked as he leaned on the nurses station.

"What are you doing here?" Cayetana asked, ignoring his question.

"Visiting, but with all this rain I just wanna stay in bed, wanna join?" Mark smirked.

"I think you've invited plenty of people to bed already." Cayetana argued.

"Ah, I see Derek told you. Hey! I wasn't the only one okay? It takes two to mambo."

"The saying is it takes two to tango. And I never said you were the only one in the wrong." Cat responded closing the case files.

Mark opened his mouth but before he could respond he was knocked down to the ground.

"Ahh." Derek groaned, shaking his hand in pain.
