"I'm so glad that you're back. This past month have been a total rollercoaster." Meredith said as Derek drove the three back from the hospital.
"Yeah, I'm sorry about your mom." Cayetana said placing a gentle hand on Mer's shoulder.
"It's okay, it was bound to happen anyways."
"Hey, I got the files on my interns, I have a Lexie Grey. I thought she was Cristinas." Cayetana explained as she went through the files on her phone.
"Oh yea, Cristina was quick to pass her on. But all your other interns are new." Meredith explained.
"Well as long as they aren't stupid, I should be fine." Cayetana joked.
Derek pulled into the driveway.
"Thanks again for letting me stay at your place Mer." Cayetana said as they retrieved her bags from the trunk.
"It's fine. Sorry you're in the attic." Meredith said as they walked to the front door.
"It's fine." Cayetana asked as she entered the house.
"Surprise!"
Cayetana jumped from surprise to see Izzie, Alex, George, Cristina, and Callie welcomed her back to Seattle.
"Ahh Thank you! You guys are assholes but I love you all." Cayetana said as she hugged everyone.
They all entered the kitchen, where George worked as a bartender serving everyone drinks.
Cayetana quickly rushed to open her suitcase, Callie following behind.
"You know I needed you back. With Hahn and everything I needed some good." Callie said solemnly.
"Well it's a good thing, I brought this." Cayetana said retrieving the 4 bottles of tequila in her suitcase."
"YESS! But let me tell you chiquita, you look hot. I mean you were always beautiful but you are smoking." Callie said.
"Yes, that would be me dropping the baby fat and strong sex life in spain." Cat said grinning.
"The boys at the hospital are gonna have a hard time with you." Joked Callie as she grabbed to two bottles of booze.
The girls laughed as they walked to the kitchen where the rest of the party was.
The doctors spent the night celebrating the return of their friend with booze and dance.

When the morning came, chaos had entered the house. Cayetana ignored Sadie as best she could, something about the girl striking her as odd. As they entered the hospital all the nurses welcomed her back with open arms.
