Chapter 2: All Business

[Y/N Pov]

Me, BB, and Dezi, are at a cafè in Blytonbury seating waiting for Akko and her friends to show up.

Dezi calls the waitresses and orders a Chocolate Shake. While BB orders an ice cream sundae.

Y/N: "Can yall not order food on a business meeting."

BB: "Fuck you too.

Dezi: "They sell it for a reason though."

Y/N: "I don't care, we're here for business not food."

The door opens and a group of girls walk through. They start looking around then one with orange hair and glasses points at us. The group proceeds to walk up to us.

Akko: "Are you Y/N?"

Y/N: "Yes and you must be Akko?"

Akko: "Yes, you are the one trying to make mag-"

She is cut off by the waitress arriving with our orders.

Waitress: "Here is your order."

BB and Dezi both respond with "Thank you!" And take their food, and begin eating loudly.

I give them both a death glare. They slouch in their seat and quiet down.

Y/N: "Let's go outside."

Akko: "So you want to make magic great again, but how are you gonna make is great when it already is?"

Y/N: "Simple. I'm gonna get rid of witch schools."

Akko: "WHAT!?!?!?!"

Y/N: "I don't understand the confusion."

Akko: "Why do you wanna get rid of witch schools?"

Y/N: "Oh I see, I forgot to say 'Wizard schools too."

One of the girls with salmon hair yelled angrily at me "How does this 'make magic great again?!?!? You're just trying to stop it!!"

Y/N: "Calm down pink hair. I'm not stopping magic, I'm fixing it."

???: "How do you think you're doing that?"

Y/N: "By getting rid of witch and wizard schools. I believe I said that."

Akko: "I don't get it."

???: "Wait, are you trying to combine them?"

I look at the source of the voice and its the girl with orange hair. When I look at her she blushes and slouches down to hide her face.

Y/N: "Glasses gets it."

Akko: "Oohhhhhhh. But why do you care?"

I look at BB and wisper "Watch this."

Y/N: "I believe in gender equality. Now that your questions are finished my turn."

I look at the girl with the salmon hair.

Y/N: "Hey pink hair. . ."

???: "My names Amanda."

Y/N: "Didn't ask. Do you believe a woman can do the same things a man can do?"

Amanda: "Hell yeah!"

Y/N: "Then why do we have seperated schools? It makes no sense does it?"

Amanda: "You're right."

Y/N: "Akko, if I had to guess you're not the best at magic. . ."

Akko: "H-how di-"

Y/N: "And you're probably made fun of because of that. . ."

Amanda: "Damn, you hit the mark."

Y/N: "Well my buddie Dezi right here isn't good at magic either, and he isn't made fun of. He is the same as everyone else, cause the wizards don't care. He has a lot of friends, and friendship is true magic."

I look at the orange haired girl and I notice the book she is holding.

Y/N: "Glasses, I see you like to re-"

I take a closer look and realize SHE'S READING NIGHTFALL.

Y/N: "Is that Nightfall?"

???: "Y-yeah. . ."

Y/N: "I LOVE NIGHTFALL!"

She looks up and smiles.

???: "Really?"

Y/N: "Yeah. Maybe we can meet up again later and talk about it sometime?"

???: "Sure!" She responds happily.

Y/N: "Oh by the way I'm Y/N L/N."

???: "I'm Lotte Yannson."

Y/N: "Thats a cute name."

She starts blushing then I realize, I SAID THAT OUTLOUD! I proceed to turn bright red.

Y/N: "Ummm S-so w-will yall help me out in combining schools?"

Amanda: "HELL YEAH!"

Y/N: "G-glad to hear."

Amanda grabs two of her friends hands and storms off.

I proceed to walk away then. . .

Akko: "Hey! . . ."

I turn around to see Akko standing there.

Akko: "How did you know I wasn't good at magic?"

I put my hands behind my head and responded "Just a hunch. . . And you have a dog tail right now."

She looks down and sees her tail.

Akko: "Awwww."

I turn around and loudly say "See yall later."
