Chapter 6: Moving In

[Y/N Pov]

Lotte: Don't worry about me to much. It's fine I got picked to leave. . .

I wasn't paying attention to Lotte as I was pissed that she was gonna leave after she worked so hard to help make all this possible.

Lotte grabbed both my shoulders and called my name. I looked at her dead in the eyes as she told me "It's fine, I'm fine leaving. Im not the happiest about it but not much we can do." She said with a fake looking smile.

I couldn't believe it, she agreed to go! I was feeling horrible and I had no clue why. All I could think about was her leaving, and I don't want that to happen. NO! I CAN'T LET THAT HAPPEN!

I grab her hands off my shoulders and hold them. She turns bright red as I grab them, then I begin looking into her eyes.

Y/n: What about Akko?

Her fake smile started to slowly fade I continued speaking.

Y/n: What about Sucy? Amanda? . . .

Her smile was entirely gone and she began looking down, then I asked "What about me?"

She looked up surprised with a huge blush on her face.

Lotte: Wh-What?

Y/n: You worked so hard to help get me here, and now you're just gonna leave me?

[Lotte's Pov]

I looked down not in sadness, just embarrassment, I thought maybe he was say something about him liking me.

But why would he do something like that? He doesn't like me. But better yet why was I thinking about him doing that not like I like him or anything.

He released one hand and grabbed my chin to make me look at him.

OH MY GOD!!! WE ARE SO CLOSE TO KISSING RIGHT NOW!!!

My heart was beating very fast, and I was bright red, I could feel the heat on my cheeks and couldn't get the thought of us kissing out of my head.

Y/n: Lotte you're not going anywhere. I'll make sure of it.

He grabs my hand and storms out of the dorm with me, when he opened the door however, Akko and Sucy were on the other side. Akko was tearing up, and Sucy was just as emotionless as ever.

When we walked past Akko screamed to us "You go!!!"

After we left, Sucy told Akko "They totally like each other."

Akko responded "Oh yeah."

After a few minutes we found Headmistress Holbrooke and Y/n had a bone to pic with her.

Y/n: Headmistress Holbrooke.

Headmistress Holbrooke: Oh Y/n, how are you?

Y/n spoke with a very angry undertone.

Y/n: I would be better if I didn't find out Lotte got one of those stupid letters.

Headmistress Holbrooke: How unfortunate.

Y/n: Yeah well not for long since. . .

He held the paper up and tore it in half.

Y/n: She's not going anywhere.

Headmistress Holbrooke: Sadly she must.

Y/n: Why?

Headmistress Holbrooke: We wont have enough dorms otherwise.

Without hesitation Y/n responded "She can stay in my dorm."

I turned bright red from the thought of us. . . in a bedroom. . . all alone. . .

What kind of shenanigans could we get up to? What? NO! We are just friends.

Headmistress Holbrooke: That's impossible.

Y/n: How?

Headmistress Holbrooke: Because Akko and Sucy would have been moved to a two-person dorm, while you, Christian, and Danny would've been in their old dorm.

Y/n: Fine then, I'll stay in her dorm. Give the two-person dorm to Christian and Danny.

As Headmistress Holbrooke appeared to be considering it, untill Professor Finnelan chimes in and states firmly "Absolutely not! A male and a female cannot share a dorm, it is against tradition!"

Y/n: Weren't you kicked to Solar Arcane?

Finnelan: Yes.Why?

Y/n: Then you have no jurisdiction so but out.

I was amazed how he just talked to Professor Finnelan. No one has ever talked back to her, especially with such little ease.

Finnelan: Untill I sign the paperwork I do.

Y/n: Kay then, we already broke tradition by letting me come here.

Finnelan: Fine well it's also against the rules.

???: Actually it isn't.

We all look over to see Diana?

Diana: Due to male students only now being allowed to go to Lunar Nova.

Finnelan: B-but i-it's against the law. Just like every other school with dorms.

Y/n: Actually Midgard has different laws than Middle Earth, I did a lot of research when I moved here.

Finnelan: N-no. I WON'T ALLOW IT!!!

Y/n: It's not up to you, it's up to her.

He pointed to Headmistress Holbrooke. She responded "I have made up my mind. You can share a dorm."

Y/n: HELL YEAH!!!

Headmistress Holbrooke: Please refrain from using profanities.

He calmly and quietly responded "Yes ma'am."

Y/n looked at me with the biggest smile on his face ever. He grabbed my hands.

Y/n: You get to stay Lotte.

I stayed silent in shock. Then he picked me up in a hug and spun around in happiness.

He put me down after a few twirls he set me down and immediately ran off to get his belongings.

I was still I shock.
