Louis's POV:

I heard the sirens going off in the distance and I knew someone was coming in really fast.

"We've got a 6 month pregnant male, he's got contusions on his abdomen. Possible internal bleeding. External bleeding from between his legs not entirely sure if it's vaginally or anally yet. We've also got a panicked boyfriend along with him." I heard them shout when they entered.

"This way. I'll take care of this one." I said and saved them my direction.

"Vital signs?"

"Heart rate 106 BPM, respirations 11 per minute, blood pressure 116/86."

"Definitely not normal at all, get him into labor and delivery. I'll see what is happening with he ultrasound machine. Get an oxygen tube, start an IV, and get a heart rate monitor on him."

"What is happening to him? Is he going to be alright? Please tell me that is going to be okay." The frantic boyfriend that came in with the young pregnant male said to me.

"Sir, it's too early to tell anything yet. But do you know who did this to him?"

The man looked down at his feet. He looked back up at me and shook his head. I made sure to note his behavior toward the question.

"What is his name?"

"Harry Edward Styles."

"Date of Birth?"

"February 1st, 1994."

"I will try to everything I can to help these two."

I walked away from him. I made my way towards Mr. Styles' room. I walked in and got the ultrasound machine. I moved it gracefully over his stomach, I was searching for the baby's heartbeat.

"It's a boy for sure. But I don't hear a heartbeat and this man is not going to make it if we prolong this any more. I need him prepped for surgery and I will be right there after I apply PPE."

They rolled away Mr. Styles and I rushed to get the PPE on in order to save this man's life.

"Ready?" I asked the crew who was in the room with me.

I made the first incision and paid close attention as not to cause any permanent damage other than the scar that was going to be there for the rest of his life.

"Dr. Tomlinson?"

I perked my ears up at the mention of my name.

"Have you informed the boyfriend yet?"

I shook my head. I didn't want to have to break the news to him. This is sad, anything that has do with babies and dying is sad. I feel sorry for this couple. They deserve this baby and probably more. They look so happy and they deserve the world.

"I will break the news to him when I finish up with this." I informed the group. I wanted to be the one to do this.i wanted to be the bearer of bad news.

"Removing the fetus, umbilical cord, and placenta."

They grabbed the baby boy from my grasp and wrapped him in a blue blanket. They set him in a plastic crib we had set aside for him. I finished stitching up the father and then we wheeled him to one of the labor and delivery rooms.

I walked out of the surgery room with the lifeless baby boy into the waiting room.

"Company of Harry Styles?"

He walked up to me and looked at me with his baby boy. I shook my head. He must have known what it meant because he started crying. I handed him the baby.

"Why him? He was so good. He didn't deserve this. He deserves to be here with me and this baby. Harry didn't deserve me, he deserved so much better than me. I shouldn't have hit him." The boyfriend was crying.

"I'm so sorry for your loss."

"Harry needs to be here to help me raise this baby."

"I'm sorry but what is your name?"

"Nick."

"Nick, who do you think is dead?"

"Harry. He is the one I hit after all. He didn't deserve it. It wasa stupid reason."

"Harry did make it. Your baby didn't. I figured you would want to hold him seeing as how Harry can't."

"I did thank you. He needs a name though doesn't he?"

"Only is you want him to have one."

"Jayden Matthew Grimshaw."

"Not Styles?"

"No, because no part of Harry deserves to die because of me."

I walked away from Nick and went back to Mr. Styles' room.  I checked his vitals again and made sure that the anesthesia was wearing off, not quickly but slowly. I was going to make sure that this man has everything he needs and more.
