Y/n POV

I was in our room packing stuff with Markus. I sighed sadly as I looked around the half empty room, not wanting to leave the place that we all love. I started to tape another box when all of a sudden the tape ran out.

"I'm gonna get the extra tape in Naomi's room. I'll be right back." I informed Markus. He nodded his head not looking in my direction as he was looking at a picture sadly.

I secretly sent him a sad look as I made my way towards Naomi's room. "I can do it. I can do it." I heard Naomi say. I walked closer to her room and opened the door to see her on her dresser. "I'm a bat. I'm a bat. I'm a bat. I'm a bat. I'm a bat!" She kept repeating as she held her hands out.

I sighed sadly as I made my way inside. "Naomi? What are you doing, sweetheart?" I asked her. She looked back at me with a sad look.

"Nothing." She said as she put her hands together nervously.

"Careful. Let me help you down from there." I said as I got her down from the dresser. I kneeled in front of her with a gentle smile. "Are you excited for Dennis's and your big party?" I asked her.

She looked away with a troubling look. "I guess so." She answered as she looked at me.

"You know who's coming? My whole family. Grandpa Mike and Grandma Linda. All of your cousins and aunts and uncles who love you so much." I said as I twirled her around making her giggle. I stopped gently putting her back on the floor. "And then their gonna be with us when we move to California."

Hearing this Naomi frowned again. "Mommy, are we going away because I'm not a monster?" She asked me with a sad look.

"What? No. Mia, of course not." I replied as I looked at her with a caring smile. It's- It's just grown up stuff." I explained.

"Okay. But what about Papa Drac?" He's gonna be here all alone." Naomi asked worriedly.

"Papa Drac has to stay here to run the hotel. But he'll visit us. And we'll visit him." I reassured her as I gave her a smile making her smile back.

"Can we call him every night?" She asked me.

"Sure." I answered as I rubbed her head gently as she smiled and leaned in to my touch.

Johnny, Mavis, Dennis, Markus, Naomi and I were now outside. Markus was holding Naomi's hand as we waited for Johnny's and my family.

The hearse stopped in front of us as everyone stepped out.

"Hello. We're here." Linda announced. Naomi and Dennis waved at them as they started going inside the hotel.

A man playing an organ sang as we all sat down in our seats. Mavis sat next to Linda, Markus sat next to Johnny and I sat next to Markus. Naomi and Dennis sat next to each other one chair away from me.

"Welcome, welcome." Drac greeted as he pushed Linda's chair in for her. She smiled in appreciation.

Zombie chefs then came out carrying the food and placing it on the table. "Dudes, why do you want to leave? This place is out of control." One of the kids asked Dennis and Naomi.

"We don't wanna leave." Dennis answered for both of them making me sigh sadly, but I quickly straightened myself up. Though Markus noticed my sad demeanor.
