3rd person POV

Once Drac unfroze everyone and everything, they all had confused faces once they saw everything was back to normal.

Frank looked confused for a moment, until he saw the cake he had in his hand and ate it, shrugging off his confusion.

Y/n looked at everything, figuring that Drac probably rearranged everything to how he wanted it.

Everyone shrugged off their confusion as well and clapped for Johnny.

"Whoa. I guess I killed it." He muttered to himself with a proud smile. "All right, next up, we got-." Drac cut him off, pushing him off the stage with a smile.

"Thank you, Johnny. How wonderful. And don't forget, precisely at midnight, I will make a special once-in-a-lifetime announcement!" Drac informed. "In the meantime, sit back and enjoy the band." He told everyone.

The mariachi was about to play but Drac switched them with zombie Beethoven and some others.

Drac walked outside with a smile, but once he was fully outside he slumped over, letting his smile drop.

"Yoo-hoo! You ready for your big speech, honeyfangs?" Ericka asked Drac while coming out the corner.

"Yes, I think so." Drac responded with a sigh as Ericka walked up to him. "But- Johnny is giving me the greatest headache of my entire existence right now, like a giant wooden stake right through my brain!" Drac complained.

"Oh, you know Johnny. He just gets a little carried away." Ericka explained with a smile.

"Yes, exactly. And ruins everything. That's the problem." He explained to her with a conflicted look.

"Well, you're gonna have to get used to things being done a little differently around here when you retire." Ericka told him but he quickly shushed her.

Markus and Mavis perked up at the word retire and listened closely to the conversation, each of them having a bat ear to listen more intently.

"Retire?" Markus asked.

"Not so loud. The twins have supersonic hearing." Dracula explained to his wife.

"Why would they be listening?" Ericka asked with a tiny smile. "Don't be so paranoid."

"Yes, I-I'm sure you're right. I just... I don't want anything else to go wrong." Drac sighed sadly. "Everything has to be perfect when I finally give the hotel to the twins and y/n." He smiled.

Mavis did a spit take when she heard this while Markus dropped his jaw in shock. "What?" They both exclaimed in shock.

"And Johnny." Ericka quickly added making Drac frown.

"Yes, and Johnny." Drac grumbled.

"Oh, it is a big step. I know how much this hotel means to you." Ericka told Drac while holding his hands.

"Ah, yes, but it is time to let go and start a new chapter, together." Drac told her with a gentle smile.

"Well, you are just all sorts of wonderful, aren't you?" Ericka commented with a lovesick smile.

"Well, it's not for nothing that they call me Count Wonderful." Drac smirked flirtatiously.

"Oh. Do they?" Ericka smiled.

"And also Dark Prince of Loveliness." Drac bragged while he and Ericka started to lean in closer.

"Mm-hmm." Ericka hummed, liking where this was going.

"Lord of smoochy time." Drac said.

Markus and Mavis heard all of the names, until they heard kissing sounds. They widened their eyes in shock at hearing it.
