Tsukasa groaned, waking up on an uncomfortable, thin mattress. As he sat up, he realized his surroundings quickly. It was a bright white room with curtains on either side of him. There were posters on poison safety, skeletons, and emergency medical kits.
He held his head, trying to remember what happened and why he was in the nurses office. "Hmm.. I can't remember a thing.."
Why couldn't he remember?
Why was his memory like this.
What if he forgot everything.
Everything important to him.
Everyone important to him.But that would mean he wouldn't have to deal with his classmates or becoming a star..
"No..!" He told himself, slapping himself in the face. Knowing damn well why he wanted to be a star.
For Saki. Saki was the reason he wanted to be like this.. It's because she was always there for him, and he was always there for her.
But then again, he had forgotten why he wanted to be a star. He was just a selfish attention seeker, right?
"That's what everyone thinks, but they're wrong! I'm not selfish.... I'm.." His shoulders dropped, as he slouched back into the uncomfortable bed.
"..I'm an "egotistical, incompetent bitch", huh..." He sighed, realizing a lot of things about himself.
He was a forgetful person, incompetent. He couldn't to a simple task of finding a relation to Torpe.. It's a simple task, and he couldn't participate in practice, like a nuisance..
"You are pathetic, Tsukasa Tenma, get a hold of yourself already.!" He said, pulling himself out of the bed and sneaking back into his classroom.
As soon as class ended, he hurried towards the shoe lockers. Finally, school ended and it was another day of practicing!!
He put on his shoes and his bag, headed for Phoenix Wonderland.
As soon as he made it, he ran over to the Wonderstage, finding nobody. He finally remembered..
They do practice without him now because he can't do anything right. That big ego star thinks he can become a world future star when he's struggling with a simple problem.
"I'm tired.." He yawned, getting up onto the Wonderstage and sitting backstage. He sighed, eyes fluttering shut as he surrendered himself into a deep sleep.
Emu sighed, sulking around the Wonderland SEKAI's stage. "Has Tsukasa answered his phone yet?" She asked Rui for the hundredth time, Rui shaking his head 'no'. She whined a bit more and stumbled over to Nene.
"How are we gonna do the show if Tsukasa isn't gonna show up!!? We need him for today's practice.." The pink haired girl frowned, shaking Nene aggressively.
"Wah!- We know, Emu.. We just don't know why he's not responding, so calm down.." The green haired girl replied, the usually-cheery girl let go of Nene.
"What if we go looking for Tsukasa? We knock at his door and scare him with a "wonderhoy"!" The short on suggested, the two other troupe member agreeing.
Rui let out a cough before Nene was able to pause the song that was playing on her phone.
"I'll keep watch here in case he comes in without you two knowing." He suggested, both girls nodded and left the SEKAI.
Emu and Nene soon realized they didn't know where Tsukasa lived. "We really should've thought about that.." The sharp-tongued one sighed, the other female tried to cheer Nene up.
"Hey! What if he's not at his house, but still at Kamiyama!" The optimism shined through Emu's smile.
"That doesn't seem plausible.. I saw him leave and go the way to-" Nene cut herself off, realizing the important information she should've mentioned earlier.
"..Phoenix Wonderland...!"
"Ooh, ooh! What if Tsukasa thought we were all going to meet up at the Wonderstage instead of the Sekai?" Emu suggested, quickly grabbing Nene's hand and dragging her towards Phoenix Wonderland.
"That's most likely.." Nene commented.
As soon as they got to Phoenix Wonderland, they both rushed over to the Wonderstage and out of breath.
"Tsukasaaaaa?!" Emu yelled, panting while Nene was on the ground.
She didn't have very good stamina, and she was training with Rui for a while, but running from Emu's school all the way to the theme park with no break? Really tiring..
She caught her breath and stood up next to Emu, who was about to check backstage of the Wonderstage.
"He's gotta be backstage, Nene!" The pink haired girl shouted out, walking backstage with the other girl close behind.
They both saw a passed out Tsukasa in the corner, and he was pretty peaceful. His hair, however, looked like shit.
"He's sleeping?!" Emu was shocked, and crouched down beside him.
"TSUKAASSSSSSAAAAAAAA?!!!!! WAKE UP!!!" She screamed, waking Tsukasa up immediately with a yell.
"Oh my god... Emu!!!" The sleepy boy scolded the other as Nene pulled out her phone.
"Come on guys, we shouldn't waste any time." She paused their fighting and was about to press "play" on her phone before she got interrupted by the boy who just woke up.
"Wait, waste any time? For what?" He inquired, trying to comb his hair with his fingers.
"We have to practice for the next show, Tsukasa. Did you forget?" Nene asked, Tsukasa got lost in his thoughts for a second.
How could he forget something that simple? This show is important for them like any other show, but how could he forget? That's disappointing... Forgetting about a show that would bring him closer to being a star...
"I guess so, but like you said, no time to waste!" He laughed, putting back on that "future star" persona.
He is a star, and he is becoming a star for Saki. He can't let down his number one fan because of some dumb character. The only thing he can do now is try his best to keep that mask of happiness and optimism up.
