Tsukasa's body was sore and achy when he woke up on his desk. He woke up to his noisy and annoying alarm ringing on the desk he was laying on. As soon as he turned it off, he got up from his uncomfortable desk.

Yet again, he had passed out while practicing. Was this going to become a big problem?

Tsukasa ignored those kinds of thoughts and went on with his morning normally. He changed into his school uniform, went downstairs, packed all of his things, and didn't forget anything this time.

The blonde haired boy took out his script and recited it the whole way to Kamiyama.

When he stepped inside the school, he felt eyes staring at him. Usually, Tsukasa would be fine with this kind of feeling, but this time, all the eyes felt judgemental and cold.

Tsukasa looked around, and saw students staring at him, some whispering to each other, and some snickering.

He tried brushing the feeling off and changed his shoes.

While walking to his class, he heard students around him whispering things to their friends. He could make out some of the words they said, and he knew they were about him.

Ignore it.
Stand tall.
Pretend.
Act confident.
Ignore.

Repeating those words in his head, he pretended to not hear them, and kept walking towards his classroom.

Soon enough, he ran into Nene. Thank god.

"Hey, Tsukasa. Are you ready for the show?" She asked, causing all the other students to cease their whispers and go back to normal conversation.

"Yeah, of course!" The boy grinned, causing the mint haired girl to let loose a small smile.

"You sure? Remember, we can always delay start time." She reassured, but Tsukasa was confident to not let anybody down.

"No need, a world future star can do this!"
"Yeah, yeah. I'll go find Rui to tell him we don't need to delay our starting time." She said, walking away from Tsukasa, but he didn't want to be left alone in a hallway filled with judgemental students.

He followed after her.

"Nene! Do you want me to text Emu?" Tsukasa caught up to Nene, and she nodded.

"Alright." He pulled out his phone quickly and shot a text to Emu.

After that, they were in complete silence. It made Tsukasa feel a little awkward, but made Nene feel at peace.

Soon enough, they got to a hallway that didn't have many students, and Tsukasa considered this the right time to have a private chat with Nene.

"Hey, Nene?"
"What?"
"Have you heard what the students in the halls are saying about me..?"

They both stopped walking and silence overtook the conversation as Tsukasa waiting response.

"...Yeah, I have, unfortunately." She admitted with a frown.

"...What exactly have they said about me..?" The showman let his curiosity overtake him.

"Are you sure you wanna know?"
"Yeah.. I wanna know what they think of me."

A sigh left the girl's lips as she thought about what to say.

"I heard one of them say things about you being obsessed with your whole "world future star" thing, joking about how you wouldn't make it, saying things about how loud you are..." She spat out, and looked at Tsukasa.

His eyes were wide and he looked almost confused.

"I wanted to punch them because I knew they were wrong. Don't believe them, Tsukasa." She told the stunned boy, and he was at a loss for words.

"..haha, thanks." Tsukasa forced a small smile.

He couldn't fully believe what Nene said she heard. That was probably just the surface of the whispers that she heard.

They continued walking in silence, leaving Tsukasa with his own thoughts to hear.

Soon enough, they found Rui wandering the halls. "Hello, Nene! Ah, Tsukasa as well." Rui greeted both of them.

"Hey, Tsukasa says we don't need to delay start time." The mint haired girl said, Tsukasa giving a thumbs up behind her.

"Alright then, that's good. We should get to our classes now.." The purple haired pointed out, and the other two agreed. They went their ways, but Rui and Tsukasa had to go the same way.

The duo walked in silence for a bit, until Rui spoke up.

"Do you remember what happened 2 days ago during school?" He asked, letting Tsukasa think about it for a quick minute.

Finally, Tsukasa realized what Rui was talking about.

What happened in the bathroom, wasn't it? Who else would bring him to the infirmary? Surely not any of the other students.

"...Are you talking about what happened in the washroom?"

"Yes. What exactly happened in there..?" Rui asked another question, wanting as much information as he could get before having to split their ways in their separate classrooms.

"Well I—" Before the showman could tell his story, he remembered the people around him. Judgemental students that aren't afraid to spread rumours about him.

"What is it?" The curious one questioned.

"After school, I'll tell you." The blonde haired boy told the other one, and he nodded.

Rui and Tsukasa walked in more silence, feeling eyes staring at Tsukasa with judgement and rudeness. Rui could hear them whispering about the future star already.

Tsukasa made it to his classroom and waved Rui goodbye before sitting down at his seat and waiting for the class starting bell to ring.

He felt his heart rate rising by the second. It was the fear of school ending and having to tell Rui about what happened in the washroom on Monday, the show starting, and rumours about him would be starting any time.

He felt himself shaking. Why was he shaking? This isn't normal... Tsukasa should be fine with a show, it's like his job. He can't be afraid now, that's not what a world future star does. They aren't scared of a show starting, so why is he shaking and why is his heart rate rising over this fear?

Tsukasa tried focusing on different things, but all he could hear were the whispers behind him. Their words weren't making sense, and he could feel tears bubbling up in his eyes.

"Get yourself together, Tsukasa. This is weakness. This is why you can't make it as a star." He thought to himself, wiping his eyes with the back of his hand.

It felt like forever.
The whispers behind him sounded louder.
Like he was going mad.
He couldn't ignore any of it.
It was annoying.
Like him to the other students. Annoying.
Everything was annoying him now.
His classmates, his thoughts, school, the show coming up, anything and everything.
He should stop thinking this.
He should stop thinking he can become a star.
He should stop.
