New friend in the lair

4 days later...

April was walking back home from college. She was absolutely exhausted for the day and was just wanting to get back home after a long day.

Meanwhile...
Y/n was walking thru an alley. Also returning from school. They/he/she were a sophmore student in High school. While walking they/he/she felt someone touching their shoulder. Y/n turned around surprised and saw two men. With bottles in their hands. "Hey, there... *hic* girl/boy..." One of them said. "Why are you... *hic* out here all *hic* alone...?" The same guy asked again. They were clearly drunk. "I don't think that's anyone's bussines but mine." Y/n said to them. One of the guys then punched the other dude. "HEY! *hic* They/he/she are... *hic* MINE!" The other guy said agressively. The two started to argue and Y/n started to walk away from them at a slow pace. The two men noticed amd grabbed Y/n by the backpack. Sending them/him/her down to the ground. "WHERE DO YOU THINK YOU ARE GOING-?!" The man yelled. "I uhmmmm..." Y/n panicked. Then one of the men grabbed Y/n and lifted them/him/her up. "You son of a *hic*!!" The man threw them/her/him to the ground harshly. Y/n yelled in pain. April was waljing by the same alley and heard the yell. April turned around in shock and ran to see where it came from. There she saw Y/n, starting to get beaten up by two men. April gasped and immediately grabbed her phone. She called the first number on her phone which was Donnie.

Donnie's phone rang and he picked it up. "Hey April! What's up?" Donnie asked. "Dee you and the others have to hurry! I'm seeing somebody getting beaten up by two men. Come over here now!! I'll send you the adress!" April yelled into her phone. Unfortunately the two men heard her and looked over and saw her. April noticed them and her eyes went wide. "Oh no..." April said. "ARE YOU CALLING THE POLICE!?" One of them yelled. "Hurry!!!" April yelled then ending the call immediately. "Guys!! April is in danger!!!" Donnie yelled. "What!? Where is she!?" Leo yelled. "I can track her phone down. Let's go!!" The others ran to the turtle tank and immediately went to find April.

Meanwhile April was trying to defend herself off. But, was then pushed to the ground. "Well, now... We got two pretty people who seem to be ready to be BEATEN to death." One of them said. April got up. Willing to not give up at all. "Bring it on!" April yelled. Trying to show she wasn't scared at all. Though deep down she was a bit. She punched one of the men and did her best to keep up. Meanwhile with Y/n. They/he/she managed to get up a bit and saw April. Trying to fight off the men. "Look out!" Y/n yelled to April. Though their voice was weak, it was enough for April to be warned to turn around and see one of the men about to attack her. But, before they could do that, they were immediately punched and the guy smashed his head onto a wall of a building. The other man got scared and ran off. April looked and saw it was the turtles. "April are you okay!?" Raph asked. Panic in his voice. "Yeah... thanks guys." April said with a soft smile. April then looked and saw Y/n who was still beaten up badly. "But, definetely they/he/she isn't/aren't." April said pointing at Y/n. The brothers looked and Leo immediately recognized Y/n. "Y/N!!!" Leo yelled. He ran towards them/him/her and took in their state. Y/n was badly beaten up. With some bruises and scratches. And their/his/her clothes ripped in some places. "Leo?" Y/n said looking at Leo. "You know them?" Donnie asked. "Yes I do!" Leo responded. He grabbed Y/n with his arms and held Y/n tightly. "We need to take them/him/her back to the lair immediately. They/he/she is clearly injured. And that in a terrible way." Leo ordered the others. "C'mon let's take them/him/her right now." Raph said. They ran to the Turtle tank and Leo was still holding Y/n tightly. Not wanting to let them/him/her go. "I'll hold Y/n. Someone needs to watch over them/him/her." Leo told the others. He looked at Y/n. He was worried if they/he/she are okay or not. He felt sick to his stomach. "Hey Leo?" Y/n finally said. Looking at Leo. Leo looked at Y/n. "Thanks." Y/n told him. "No problem." Leo replied. "And hey you finally decide to say thank you. And it only took us coming to save you about 3 times." Leo said smirking. Wanting to make Y/n a bit laugh. Y/n a bit chuckled of laughter.

They finally arrived back at the lair and Donnie took Y/n to his laboratory to fix them/him/her up. "That should do the trick!" Donnie said. "Here. I made you some hot coco." Casey said coming into the room. "I'm sorry for what happened." He added in. "Don't worry. I'll be fine." Y/n said. "I'm Y/n." They/he/she said, introducing themselves/himself/herself. "Assumed so since Leo yelled your name practically. It's Donnie btw." Donnie said. "Casey!" Casey added in looking at Y/n. "Nice to meet you both." Y/n said a bit smiling. The door then opened and it was Leo. "How are/is they/he/she?" He said. "Well, Y/n should be fine though could be a bit weak due to the injuries." Donnie answered. "Hey I'm not weak!" Y/n said protesting. "Says the one who got beaten up." Donnie replied looking at Y/n. Leo looked at him a bit angry and crossed his arms. "Sorry about that-" Donnie said. Y/n put the mug down and Leo grabbed them/him/her. "Y/n will be sleeping in my room tonight. I think it's best for you to stay over with us." Leo said looking at Donnie and Casey and then at Y/n. Then walking away while holding Y/n.

He took Y/n to his room and put them/him/her down on his bed. "You gonna be okay?" Leo asked. Crouching down. Y/n nodded. "Damn didn't think you were a soft boy." Y/n said smirking at Leo. "Hey! Am not!" Leo said offended. Y/n laughed a bit and rolled their/his/her eyes. "You get some rest k?" Leo said putting his hand on Y/n's shoulder. Y/n once more nodded and layed down on the bed. Closing their/his/her eyes. Leo covered Y/n up with his blanket and closed the door to his room.

Leo walked in the living room where the others were. "Alright listen up everybody, Y/n will stay with us for a while until they/he/she is better. So, I want you guys to treat them/him/her with respect! Got it?" Leo instructed the others. "Sure thing. We are willing to help and take care of Y/n. Are/Is they/he/she okay btw?" April said and asked. "Yeah. They/he/she are sleeping. So, don't bother them/him/her." Leo replied.

1 hour later...
Leo entered his room quietly and Y/n was still sleeping. Leo formed a bit of a smile and felt something weird in his body. He though shrugged it off. He ended up laying on one of the other seats of the train his room was in. His room was in an old subway train and he decided to sleep on the seats for the night. Wanting that Y/n sleeps in his bed for comfort. Later on he fell asleep.

(oh wow I'm fast- I wrote the last chapter when I was on a walk and I now finished this chapter while studying and stuff. Expect me to maybe be fast as light at times lol)
