My hero (Rottmnt Leo x reader/Y/n)

On patrol

Everyone had listened to what Leo said and were always on their guard. They couldn't risk another Kraang apocalypse. Y/n decided to join the gang on patrols because they/he/she wanted to help out. Especially because of their/his/her... okay won't get into it-. Anyways- Leo was really protective over his family. Being mortified that he could possibly lose his family again if he doesn't protect them.

"Anything? Anyone?" Leo asked. They were on another patrol tonight. "No. Nothing." Raph said. "No signs of any Kraang or anything of that sorts." April explained. "Maybe they gave up?" Mikey suggested. "Highly doubt they would." Leo replied looking back at Mikey. Y/n walked up to the edge of the building and looked down. Neither did they/he/she see any Kraang or whatever. They just saw people and cars going by. Honking, driving, walking, waving at one and other at times and whatever modern day people and cars do anymore (I should probably start touching grass more often when I get out of the house). "Anything?" Leo asked coming closer to Y/n. Placing a hand on theirs/his/hers. But, then quickly removing it. "Nope." Y/n simply answered. "Maybe they really did out of nowhere give up?" They/he/she said. "I don't believe it." Leo replied. "Hey how about we get something to eat?" April suggested. "Sure. I guess since we are gonna be here for a good while probably." Leo answered. "I'm starting to feel hungry so. PLEASEEEEEEEEEEEE." Mikey said. Making the puppy dog eyes. "Alright. I'll go make a call hold up." April walked away to order some pizzas for the team.

Leo looked over to Y/n and saw how they/he/she sat down and how they/he/she squared up. Hiding their face and their arms crossed. "Is everything okay?" Leo asked. Sitting down next to Y/n with a frown. "It's just... I'm worried I will lose people that mean a lot to me by the Kraang. They have already done it before to two people I loved... I just... can't bare to lose anyone else..." Y/n muttered quietly. But Leo understood what Y/n said. "Hey... Even I'm worried... I don't want to lose my brothers or my friends or anyone important to me... I'm terrified of the idea to lose them so I'm always trying to protect them. And to keep them safe and sound. I can't imagine the worst..." Leo said with a soft and genuine smile. Looking towards his brothers and then to Y/n. Y/n shared a sympathetic smile with him. "I just hope you guys can stop them sooner or later..." Y/n said. "Not just us. Even you. Wouldn't you want to avenge your parents or something?" Leo said. Looking towards Y/n and placing a hand on their/his/her shoulder. "I honestly do want payback yeah..." Y/n replied. "I definetelly would beat the living crap out of them!" They/he/she said proudly. "Then how come I had to save you about 3 or wait no actually 5 times if you count on what happened with me you and April with the whole arcade thing." Leo pointed out. "I could still do it!" Y/n continued. "Don't mean to brag about it though~" Y/n said in a shallow but in a joking way. Leo laughed. "Pizzas gonna come soon!" April yelled coming back to the team. "PLEASEEEEEE I need food." Mikey said jumping on to April and then sliding down while hugging her and then him just falling to the ground. April rolled her eyes with a smirk. Leo and Y/n looked at one and other and just laughed to one and other and looked back at the others.

The pizza finally came and they went ahead and started to eat it. Leo offered Y/n his box of pizza for them to share and Y/n accepted it. Leo couldn't help but just continue to look at Y/n with loving eyes. He couldn't take them off of them/him/her. He was just so amazed by their/his/her beauty. "Are you okay Leo?" Raph asked putting his hand on Leo's shoulder. Bringing him back to reality. Leo got a bit startled and looked at Raph. "Oh nothing!" Leo exclaimed and continued to eat his pizza. Raph just shrugged it off. Leo didn't look at Y/n anymore. Hoping they wouldn't notice.


Meanwhile...

"Alright brothers. Listen up!" One of the Kraang yelled. They were hiding in an old abandoned building that was near the big city of New York. "We must find the key to bring back our king and to take over the world! And take revenge against these turtles and their friends. For ruining and destroying our plan!" The two other Kraang cheered. Along with their new army of animals they have mutated. "We cannot let this plan fail. We have to succed! Who is with me?" Everyone once more cheered. "Be prepared turtles..." the Kraang grinned in an evil manner. "Your time will come soon..."






(GOD I'M SO SORRY FOR BEING GONE. I WAS BUSY WITH SCHOOL AND PROBLEMS OF MY OWN. FORGIVE ME FOR BEING DEAD AND NOT UPDATING YOU GUYS ON ANYTHING. BUT HERE YOU GO. PROBABLY WILL BE GONE FOR ANOTHER WEEK BUT I PROMISE I'LL COME BACK WITH A NEW CHAPTER/S. ALRIGHT SEE YA YEEEEEEET!)
