"Alright everyone, before I let you all go, remember to finish your projects tonight."

"Also remember that there's a pep rally..."

Both of the students looked away from the teacher, tuning him out when he spoke about things they already knew.

"My house, right?" He spoke in a hushed voice as to not disrupt the teacher.

"Hm?" Her mind had wandered farther than it should have in such a short time.

A chuckle left his lips at her dumbfounded expression. "We're going to my house to finish the project, right?"

"Oh, yeah. If that's what you would like."

"Yeah, I'll even give you a ride to make it easier on you."

"Oh, um ok. Thank you."

"It's no problem at all." He smiled a sweet smile.

"With that being said, class is dismissed."

Both Y/n and Dream got up from their chairs and walked out of the classroom side by side.

~O~O~

"Thank you, Clay." she smiled in appreciation.

He simply nodded his head in acknowledgement.

The boy followed behind her as she walked up the stairs.

"Ok, so what are we working on first?"

She set her bag on the ground and sat down in his computer chair. "How about we do the report and then the poster afterwards?"

"Sounds good to me." He shrugged and got the paper from his backpack and pulled out his laptop.

"I'll do the research, you write?" his eyes glanced at her.

"Yep!"

"Let's get started then."

~O~O~

"That should be enough. Now, onto the poster." her hands clapped together once before she grabbed the poster board.

"Before we start... I want to ask you a question."

She hesitated for a moment before she nodded approvingly.

"Who was that guy you were talking to earlier today?" he kept his eyes on the computer screen.

She paused her movement. "Do you mean Alex?"

"Is he the one that was at your locker this morning?"

"I think so."

"Who is he?" he turned his head to look her directly in the eyes.
