A Peter Parker wrong Number

We did meet at Central Park. We did it in a movie-airport reuniting way. We saw each other far-ish apart. We both gasp and he held his arms open. So I, of course, run and jump into his arms. Thank god for that radioactive spider because otherwise I would've completely knocked him over but no, he managed to lift me and spin.
"Yooo, broksi," he very lovingly greets me after putting me down.
"BROSKI!" I add more energy behind it.
"Churros?" he asks.
"Churros," I nod.
"Churros," he nods as well. We stand there not moving for about a minute just nodding.
Eventually we walk over to the pink house that gas the best churros and gingerbread in the USA. We get hot chocolates and churros until we almost run out of money. Hey, they're good. We walk around Central Park talking about nothing important and snacking. Eventually hours go by but neither of us seem to notice until I see the sun start to dip behind the clouds. I, of course, point it out.
"Want to go to the bridge? Sunset's really pretty from there," he asks, looking into my soul.
"Of course," I laugh and let him take my arm. We run, laughing wildly, through the streets of New York until we make it to the bridge over the Hudson or whatever the main river in New York is.
I lean on the rail looking out, occasionally taking a bite of my churro.
"Peter, you're perfect," I say, meaning it.
He moves over next to me so our arms were touching. I rest my head on his shoulder.
"I love you," he blurts out. I can practically hear his heart beat out of his chest.
"I love you too, Peter," I smile. I debate saying something else but I don't want to ruin the moment. We stand there, with each other in a comfortable silence while we watch the sun go down.
I would do anything to save him in this life or the next. And I know he would, too.

This was really fun to write and pretend that I'm not *almost* taller than all 3 Spidermans (of course it's Andrew Garfield).
