It was finally the end of the week and the end of seeing people at school. I have plans to go to a movie with Matt tonight so that is going to be fun. I get up from the couch and decide to get ready for school. I pick out some white high waisted shorts and a black crop top with daisies on it. For my shoes I pick out my favorite pair of all white heigh top converse. Once I finish getting ready I run down stairs and wait for my mom.

"Mom!" I scream, "I'm gonna leave now, I'm walking to school with Shawn today!" My mom walks into the room and smiles.

"Okay honey, have a nice day, oh and say hi to Matt for me." I nod my head and head out the door.

When I get out side I see Shawn walking up my drive way. He's a navy blue t-shirt and some kaki shorts.

"What's up?" I say as we start to walk. I a just my backpack because it is really bothering me. It gets stuck so I keep trying to fix it.

"Uh not much.. do you need help with that?" he laughs and I huff angrily.

"Yes please." I look down at my backpack and Shawn had already managed to shut the strap the right length for me.

When we arrive at school we are greeted by a very happy Ashley and a normal looking Matt.

"Hey guys."

"Hey" he smiled not looking at me and focusing more on Ashley and Shawn. I don't know what's up with him, but whatever it is it needs to stop.

"So are you guys up for maybe a movie night at my house." Shawn said enthusiastically, clearly trying to make things less awkward.

"Um actually me and Matt are going out tonight, just for a little date." I shifted my attention to Matt who still wasn't looking at me. Dude.

"Oh okay, I mean we can do it next week or something?"

"Yeah totally." everyone said as the bell rang.

After school I rushed home to get my of it ready for my date with Matt. Hopefully whatever went on this motioning doesn't affect our time together. I didn't ride home with Matt because whenever we go on a date we don't like to see each other too much before.

"I like that outfit." my mom sad from the door. I look down at my outfit and smile.

"Yeah I like it too." I was wearing a maroon skater dress and some white high top converse. I curled my hair and put on a light face of makeup before I turned from the mirror and headed down stairs.

It was 5:30 and Matt was supposed to be here by now. I tried calling him four times and I was texting him non stop. By the time it was 6:00 i decided to go over to his house instead, but I needed a ride. I ran over to Shawn's as quick as I could.

When we got to Matt's house I dusted off my dress and stepped out of the car.

"Do you want me to go with you?" Shawn says getting out of the car as well.

"No, but can you wait here just in case he isn't home?" I ask him and he nodds yes.

I walk up to his door and knock. His mom answers the door and smiles.

"Is Matt here?" I ask kindly.

"He is actually, just upstairs you can go get him." She says

I thank his mom and run up the stairs. When I get to the door I instantly stop. Is he moaning? I swing the door open only to see my worst nightmare. Ashley and Matt. On his bed on top of each other doing something I would rather not think about. The hurt on my face is clear and the tears fall from my eyes. Matt looks scared, he looks guilty.

"Cara!" he screams, "Stop running, PLEASE!"

I run out the front door and straight into Shawn's car and ignore Matt's desperate pleads. Shawn looks at me and looks at Matt. He knows what happened, he doesn't even have to ask because Ashley is right there looking sorry as hell. Shawn get's in the car and we drive off, leaving Matt and Ashley to continue on with whatever they were doing before.

Opps Matt messed up big time...Guess we know why she had to walk with Shawn :( Don't hate me for this lol
