"what do you know about the swordsmen here?" y/n asked. zelda hummed before thinking about a few candidates she thought would be a good suitor for the princess of askr.

"well, of course one of the best swordsmen here is link. he did save me from ganondorf." zelda said with a chuckle as she remembered how she had to explain to link how to kill ganondorf, making y/n laugh.

"link where does he usually linger?" the princess of askr asked as her eyes brightened. "well, during the day he normally would be training at this hour but other days he would be with pit, the general of palutena's army." zelda said with a smile.

"i see. well, where might we we find him?" y/n asked. zelda smiled and took the princess of askr's hand before using farore's wind to teleport them.

link sighed, dreamily as he thought of the lovely princess from askr. pit took notice of this and he took this opportunity to strike at him. pit used his upperdash arm and let out a battle cry, before he punched link.

the hylian had heard shouting and snapped back to reality, bringing the hylian shield up to defend himself from the angel's attack. pit had backflipped and landed swiftly on the ground, an unamused expression decorating his face.

"link, you gotta be more focused! you've been spacing out like this ten times already!" pit said as he crossed his arms. "sorry, i've just been thinking." link muttered, as he blushed. "thinking, huh? and just what were you thinking about?" pit asked as a smirk rose to his angelic features.

"t-things! personal things to be exact!" link defended as he blushed brighter. "ohhh! i see. personal things. is one of those things about....hmm, i don't know, a certain princess from askr?" pit asked as his smirk became a grin.

pit snorted at the glare he recieved from link at the mention of the lovely princess. "hey!" he retorted as he got ready to hit pit with the hilt of the master sword. "aha! i knew it!" pit exclaimed as his cheeks turned pink from laughing.

"leave me alone! you don't here me talking about how you like dark y/n!" (uwu reference from the beginning ;9) link said as pit growled. "you're lucky i don't tell princess y/n how you feel about her because i see her almost every day." pit teased.

link left the training field after bickering with pit to cool himself off. a gust of wind along with leaves had formed in front of the hero of hyrule, knowing exactly who it was. the leaves stopped and link sighed. "zel-" link started but was interrupted by the voice of y/n.

"hello link!" y/n said happily. link looked behind the princess of askr at hyrule's wise princess. zelda then winked at him and smiled at y/n before using farore's wind to teleport away from the two.

link sighed. he shared many secrets with zelda while he was here and although he never told her about liking y/n, she seemed to have figured that out herself.

"princess! what might you be doing here?" he asked y/n who simply chuckled. "i've come to see you of course!" she said with a sweet smile. the princess had smoothed down her f/c skirts of her dress and cleared her throat.

"it seems... i have a fancy for you link." she says with a light blush. the hero of hyrule's blue eyes widened in shock. "oh my, it seems i've embarrassed myself, i'll get going now link!" y/n said as she readied a spell to teleport her away.

"wait princess!" link said and grabbed the princess of askr's wrist gently. "i fancy you as well." he says smiling softly before lightly tugging the princess into a lovely kiss.

from behind a hidden passage was zelda and pit. "finally! he would not stop blabbing about her!" the angel said while zelda had chuckled at the angel's antics. "at least he's found someone."
